They are always incredible! The soup and salad that come with your dinner is definitely a huge bonus. They make their eel sauce in house and it’s the best I have ever found. Been coming here for years and even now that I live in another state I make it a stop every time I’m in town. 💙🍣🍱

•Spicy Tuna hand roll: was pretty good, I enjoyed it.

•Spicy Chirashi Bowl: was awful, the ingredients weren’t bad but I don’t know what the plan was with that mixture. But it was not very pleasant. I think reconsidering that recipe is needed. They seemed to throw all the fish into one bowl and tossed it in some type of sauce and it did not work well together. Also first time I’ve seen shredded crab in a chirashi bowl? That was odd.

•Monkey Balls: The cheese had definitely gone sour. Took half of a bite and put it right back down.

•Beef teriyaki Bowl: Rice was very saturated in sauce, but the meat itself was very dry.

•Miso Soup: Was okay no issues there.

•Service: Waitress was very attentive and nice, and the restaurant vibe was nice and comfortable.

If you have any grasp of Japanese cuisine I would not recommend this food. We were unfortunately disappointed.

Best sushi in Gilbert! Everything we ordered was bomb. All the rolls are very high quality and large. Definitely worth the price. In addition, the service was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Everything from the freshness and taste of the food, to the small and cozy environment and responsive staff was really good. The photos on the walls are pretty cool too. I get takeout when I visit my cousins. It’s also really good even to-go.

My coworkers and I chose this location for our team luncheon. We placed the order for pickup up, and they made sure to complete all of our orders on time. I arrived to pick up the order and the employee who met me at the register was very kind and already had the orders ready to go. The atmosphere was very unique and traditional with Japanese-style art posters and lanterns adding to the ambience. Everyone was pleased with their order, especially the sushi. I look forward to visiting this location with my friends and family soon.

My friends went and I am GLAD that I did not go with them. Their experience was so bad! The sushi dishes were almost flavorless. They were disappointed the most with the service and one of the lady servers was so very rude with them. I wish they could improve their customer service so everyone can get a better experience at their restaurant.

The sushi was overpriced and underwhelming. The fish didn’t taste fresh, and the rolls fell apart too easily. Service was slow, and the atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a sushi bar. Wouldn’t recommend.
