Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had but the two girl waitresses outside were so rude to me and my family. That’s too bad. Love the food here horrible service just straight rude!! Won't be back!

The service is poor. The servers pick things up off the floor and place them right back on the table. If you don’t mind using condiments that have been on the dirty floor, then this is the place for you.

Also if you have a dairy allergy you will need to explain that includes cheese and butter.

The honey lemonade is to die for. Matt serves a great breakfast. Staff is fun and friendly. Restaurant is kid-friendly and family friendly.

We were in town and looking to try something we hadn't had before. Saw a review on IG and was NOTHING like the hype. I will say the outdoor dining for breakfast was peaceful and clean. Our waitress was AMAZING, very sweet and prompt. The food, as nice as it looked, unfortunately was not very flavorful or tasty.

My youngest ordered a stack of pancakes, she barely touched them. Was a little too dry and a bit gritty. My other daughter, however, ordered the french toast with sausage and loved the French toast. The applewood sausage she said didn't taste right, so unfortunately, that was left. I ordered the Anniversary special corned beef and hash, I personally did not enjoy it. It was pretty bland, and the hot sauce options were okay but not the greatest.

I'm glad we tried it, again the atmosphere was great and the staff were EXTREMELY kind and pleasant, but for the price it really was very disappointing.

Great vibe, wonderful staff & really great breakfast options! Everything we ordered was delicious! We visited twice while in Phoenix because the first experience was really stellar. They did not disappoint on our return. Really nice to feel welcomed and cared for all while enjoying excellent food & service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food is great quality and tasty and large portions. Took a while to come out but it was hot.

Service was pretty bad. They do "everyone helps out" type of table service, but it took quite some time for someone to check in on us after we had our food, even tho the tables around us were getting checked on mutilpe times. We needed a few more more minutes to order and when we had our menus closed up and put to the side to show we were ready, it took about another ten or 15 minutes for someone to come again and take our order. Even tho the two tables in either side of us were sat after us got their orders taken and food delivered.

After we got our food and an hour layer, we only had one water fill and not even a check in with that. No one asked how it was, how we were doing, or if we needed anything, like creamer, which I desperately needed for my cold brew lol. I would have told them the food was great! But again, the tables around us were getting checked on mutilpe times.

We were clearly done (Napkins and silverware on the plates, pushed to the side) and needed a box, and the amount of times an employee walked by us and talked to the tables around but ingnored us, was at least a dozen times. The last 10 minutes we finally had someone take a plate and ask if we needed anything else and I finally got my creamer.

And then at time to pay, one of the servers left the pay device with us instead of waiting the three seconds for us to tap the card and sign. We could see every table and their orders, that was super weird.

The food was really great and very well priced, the host was very quick and kind when seating us. The wait was only 15 minutes even tho it was a busy sunday brunch, that part was impressive.

I just don't know why we were so neglected during the time we ate.

Excellent service with all waiter staff helping each other.. bread fabulous especially the grain avocado toast,.. apple sausage, biscuit and pork gravy, best ever for sure..fro diner coffee esp decaf was very good.. loved the poached eggs ,, and working through the whole menu!. Because each order is custom made when busy an extra delay of a few minutes but worth the wait! Now the best breakfast place I’ve been to!

I took my mom and sister here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and our server, Cody, was the nicest guy! He was so welcoming and kind to my family, and he made sure to make our breakfast special for my mom’s birthday. The food was delicious and we’ll be back to visit our new friend, Cody!

Cute place to eat and I love the mural on the wall. The food was good and fresh. My only complaint is the coffee it was old and not fresh. The prices were fair but the drinks are pretty pricy.

Great experience here for Sunday breakfast. Simple menu and our group nearly ordered everything on the menu. All was very well prepared and tasted delicious. The griddle cakes were probably the highlight and ordered for the two kids but all the adults ended up picking at them too.
Our server was great, the restaurant was packed but we never had issues with service.
Will be back again, looking forward to trying out lunch.

The food was nothing great, but absolutely expensive!!!! I have never been to a restaurant that doesn’t have a kids menu or have different kinds of sodas. We will definitely not be back!!! I rather go spend my almost $70 somewhere more edible.
