What is the point of having the kiosk say take a number and sit down if they never bring the food to you? After being tired of waiting, we walked up to the front and saw our order sitting there. Either they didn’t call it out or they were too quiet. Either way they should have brought it out like the kiosk said.

Waited over 10 minutes for a Big Mac and fries. Lobby was pretty empty. The food was cold. Service at this McDonalds seems to be getting worse. Food is cold and often orders in correct with drive thru. Will not be returning to this one. It is too bad, it was built less than one year ago.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the bread was super hard like it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time. Chicken was semi dry as well. Prices on happy meals are so outrageous as well.

This place is clean and they have friendly staff. But they stay just throwing shit together for your meal. Your food looks like the items and ingredients were just thrown on because the cook was having a bad day. This is McDonald’s everywhere, and this is the reason why I don’t really go to McDonald’s anymore.

I was overcharged for two bags of ice. The manager said that only corporate could fix it since I ordered on the app. When I called corporate, they said only the store could fix it. Very poor customer service.

I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write a bad review about mcdonald's, like it's McDonald's of course you're going to get shit service. I mean I can count on one hand the amount of times I've had good service at McDonald's and I've lost two fingers due to eating too many McMuffins. But I went inside the store and waited about 7-8 minutes there's a full line behind me and people kept peeking around the corner, workers I mean, and just looking over at us but ignoring us so I figured all right fine the prioritizing the drive through whatever. Got in the drive-thru. Asked for the drink I always get a McDonald's half Sprite half Powerade. They tell me they don't do that. I said okay can you just give me the cup and I'll come in and do it myself. They said that that can't happen either apparently they don't have the soda machines inside the store?? I've never seen this before but yeah it's really stupid really slow rude service on top of something as idiotic as not being able to fill a cup with half Sprite and half Powerade. Sandwich was good though

They had me in the drive thru for 22 minutes. Zero people in the parking lot and no one ahead or behind me. A car pulls up next to me in the double drive through next to me and takes their order first then takes mine after… why did I have to wait just to go to them?? Then I said I have a cheese allergy and asked no cheese, and yup they put cheese on it.
