Went here at 11:30pm. No one was in line. We were asked to wait a minute. We waited 5 before attempting to get their attention. Then waited 5 more minutes and then they turned out all the lights and refused to talk to us. They're supposed to be open 24 hours. When we pulled up to the window the employee was hiding from us.

Mobile ordered food. Get there known one in the parking lot or outside. Waited 25:00 minutes for them to bring it out when it was finished already they knew we were there. Gave us the wrong food and the fries were literally flat and ice cold. soda was flat as well. Look at the reviews almost all 1, Stars. This place lacks any sort of enthusiasm or guidance from a true manager. For the price, you can go to Red Robin and get better food and customer service. I feel bad for the other people as they gave us their order and we didn't notice until we got home. I sure hope they didn't go back. I've not eating at McDonald's in 3, years. One thing I did notice was two of the people who worked there were hiding in certain spots in the back using their phones.

Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and a Big Mac. Big Mac came plain. Seriously!? Who would order a PLAIN BIG MAC!? Mind you, it’s NYE and no one was even there eating at 1245pm. That’s sus! Tried calling and of course no one wanted to answer and explain themselves. Terrible location!

But just like every McDonald's and any food place, some days it's good and some days it's bad. What could be said about McDonald's food that hasn't been said. It's a C+ at best, but it hits the spot sometimes. This location is a semi mixed bag. The dining room is often dirty. Even when I'm the only person in the restaurant. So it's hard to recommend this location, even tho it's brand new. Kinda odd

What is the POINT of ordering ahead on the app if you’re just going to me make me wait at the third window, serve the next SIX cars, get one of my drinks wrong, go back and get the correct drink after you finally bring me my food, serve the next TWO cars while I’m waiting ON ONE DRINK, finally bring it out only to get it wrong again?I visit this McDonald’s 3-5 times a week and I have no idea why.
