I went one day because I’m close and have fur babies as well I was disappointed the manager didn’t give pup cups. However I went again asked for my order to be packed a certain way Olga did great in addition I thought I’d ask again and we were blessed to get the manager PATTI who also loves fur babies and gave me two pup cups for my female Pug and my big boy I appreciate I found out to go when she is on shift. Thank you. 🙏 I forget the guys name at the first window great customer service.

My only complaint, we have NEVER received fresh French fries at 2pm, office is down the street so this is one of our go to places for quick lunch at 2pm. After numerous visits receiving old cold fries for our lunch time, we go elsewhere if we want fries with lunch.

Went today and yesterday. The girl at the second does not care about the job she does. Tried to not give me a ranch so I asked after learning my lesson yesterday, I called and they thought it was the funniest thing. NO CARING MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION and they are now charging 6.50 for the 5 dollar meal. Definitely not going back here

I've ordered food here for several times through the UBER Eats app and every time, there is something wrong with the order. I finally decided to call the McDonald's location. They made the sandwich wrong, Uber just delivers. The manager was rude and dismissive and told me I had to go through the UBER app to correct the issue. Of course, when I tried to access my order on the UBER app, it wouldn't work. Uber isn't responsible for how the restaurant makes an order but McDonald's will not be accountable for their mistakes. I've always loved McDonald's and it's an occasional treat but the quality and customer service is very sub-standard. Bye McDonald's!

On everything I love this McDonalds is not good. Whenever I come to pick up an order online on the app they either don't have the order somehow even though it went through on my end, or they take 5-10 minutes just to come to the front and ask if im picking up or placing. Customer service is a problem and it seems like nobody on the crew wants to come up as if they are scared. Not coming back here again.

Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes asked for help 3 times and still nobody to take my order. Walked out the worst Mcdonald I've been to by far.
Sick of the food....just eat there out of convenience only
Our local McDonald's. Management definitely lacking. Check your order before leaving. Once again, we are driving back to get our full order.
