I have been to this location twice and have driven out of the drive thru without placing an order twice now. This review is simply to warn others not to try this location. They are ridiculously rude. They do not know what they are doing. They need a complete overhaul on staff ASAP.

Ordered a macchiato with light ice, so the made the drink and instead of filling the cup with actual drink, they filled the drink and left out the massive amount of ice to make the cup full, so the top 1/3 of the cup was empty. I paid for a large, and got a small with less ice!! I don’t want to pay for 1/2 a cup of ice, but I also don’t want to be shorted on the drink either
