i will give one star, become, today i stop to get the 5.00 deal, becouse im a driver at uber eats , and i don’t have to much time to eat, so, wen i was ordering, i ask for2 ranch sauce and one spicy, and my surprise was, that the person tolls me , only one ranch, i can get with my meal and if. i want extras, they will charge it. i told him i eat yesterday in a another mcdonald’s, and i only ask for ranch and they give 4 with out asking how many or extra charge. i just said never mind, i left the place

I asked for a medium caramel Frappuccino and they gave me the smallest size ever! And halfway full. I used to love this place but they keep getting worse and worse. Very pricy and super small size.

Be careful as this mcdonalds has a habit of. Hanging your for items only to find that they did not include it. I live very close to this mcdonalds and they habitually charge me for extra sxause yet dont include it in the family pack. Very dishonest unfortunately

I don’t understand how hard it is to hear though that microphone but every time I go though the drive through I ask for ranch with my nuggets and lately I’ve been getting tangy bbq how tf does that does that sound like ranch? Not only has this happened once but twice and when you ask for another sauce they want to charge you more money for it!?!? McDonald’s get your shit together I know you guys are not that broke

The level of petty at this place is rediculous. Lol coming from a food industry background, I know what it's like to deal with rude and diverse people in the hospitality industry. Sometimes you get sweet people at this location. You don't really ever know what to expect when it comes to what kind of employee you're going to interact with and what quality, if at all you receive what you ordered lol.

Was just there and staff was flat out refusing to serve the inside customers there was a line of people to order and people who needed condiments workers were only focused on drive through guy next to me said he had been asking for jelly for 20 minutes I also needed jelly and after having to raise my voice two times I was then handed jelly very rude workers and food was over cooked and cold by the time I got jelly I won’t go back this location sucks

This is a busy location. So, one would consider receiving fresh food. Not something thrown together, barely wrapped and over cooked. I personally do not mind waiting for freshly prepared food. One of the Mgrs here needs training in hospitality because if a customer has a complaint, perhaps there really is an issue with poor food quality. Shouldn't a manager verify what the product looks like from time to time? Is the food being served according to specifications? Is presentable, is it under or overcooked? Is the meat 1/2 way on the sandwich, etc. Well, apparently, this was not monitored today. I received poor quality food and poor management communication. I know this is a busy location, but get the staff ready for the volume and serve food to the consumer better.

Its mcdonalds and they still mess up orders not once but twice. First time got cheese on my hamburger then went back and was given a big Mac back instead of my order. I was to far away to go back a second time. I'm done ordering from this store

Cheap franchise , course attitude, unacceptable ice cream sundae. Charges for sauce when literally every other McDonald's doesn't, they also got my order wrong and didn't really care about accuracy just how fast they could get us through. Franchises like this are one of the reasons I don't want to go to McDonald's anymore. Wouldn't recommend this particular.
