I ordered food on the mobile app. I went through the drive-thru and they told me my order was invalid and I need to reorder it and come back through the drive-thru. I parked and got out of my car walked inside. My order was waiting on the counter. The people in the Drive-Thru had no idea what was going on and they just wanted me to order again

Stopped by to get gas after my daughter's game and decided to eat at this location. Let me tell you worse decision eve!!!! 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE out the window, they won't even look up to make eye contact with you. 2. They could not get the order correct. 3. Finally after getting it right my friesđhad a BUG!! I went to tell the manager of the situation no apology, no how can we make it right NOTHING! Grabbed the fries from my hand and tossed them in the trash without a word said. He then later send an employee with new fries, young man apologized and aks if there was anything else he can get us. My little ones asked if they can get Ice-cream, he asked them what kind and never came back. When finally leaving disgusted and gross out I asked if he was getting the Ice-cream for the girls he said NO sorry we are to busy!

Customer service is gone for good. Now that there are kiosks to order from, the employees do not talk to customers. We stood at the counter after ordering at the kiosk, waiting to get our cups & to ask a question about our order for over 5 minutes, multiple employees looked at us but not a single person said anything. When someone finally acknowledged us, they said âuh do you need something?ââŠ.. absolutely no customer service skills at all.

They do a great job with the food, but I cant get past paying for a large frappe and receiving a medium or small disguised in a large cup EVERY time I order one. Its genuinely annoying and feels like a blatant slap to the face of an overpaying costumer.

The location is located on the side of a gas station so one of the smaller Mcdonald's. The drive-through wasn't too busy. I was serviced quickly which was nice, and the sodas are refreshing. The thing though is their food was a bit lukewarm and fell flat. Accessible parking and ramp store-front.
i will give one star, become, today i stop to get the 5.00 deal, becouse im a driver at uber eats , and i donât have to much time to eat, so, wen i was ordering, i ask for2 ranch sauce and one spicy, and my surprise was, that the person tolls me , only one ranch, i can get with my meal and if. i want extras, they will charge it. i told him i eat yesterday in a another mcdonaldâs, and i only ask for ranch and they give 4 with out asking how many or extra charge. i just said never mind, i left the place

I asked for a medium caramel Frappuccino and they gave me the smallest size ever! And halfway full. I used to love this place but they keep getting worse and worse. Very pricy and super small size.

Be careful as this mcdonalds has a habit of. Hanging your for items only to find that they did not include it. I live very close to this mcdonalds and they habitually charge me for extra sxause yet dont include it in the family pack. Very dishonest unfortunately
