It's ridiculous. You can't get waited on by a person. I guess they expect you to use the kiosk. It's better to order in the drive thru.

We ordered inside on the kiosk and took a numbered table marker as requested so they could deliver our food to our table. Our number was table 40, and it stated on the table marker that our food would be delivered to our table when ready. After waiting several minutes, I went up front to check on my order only to discover it sitting on the counter. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, and the crew was just standing up front chatting. If the restaurant had been busy, I could have accepted this, but it wasn't, so I was a little disappointed my food set up front and cooled down. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot either. I think in future those who pull the orders need to ensure it is delivered if that's what us requested. Thank you.

A sad day, but this was probably my last trip to McDonald's. Walked up to the counter to place an order and had three employees walk past me with an uncanny ability to avoid any eye contact. Would not talk to me, would not engage, just wanted me to use the kiosk to place my order. Ordered a Big Mac meal with extra Big Mac sauce, of course it did not come with the extra Big Mac sauce even though I got charged for it. And, you guessed it, could not get anyone's attention to have this corrected. Clean enough, so that's something. If you are seriously introverted and cannot stand engaging with people, this might be the place for you. Other than that, maybe in and out?

I ordered a burger in the drive thru order was NOT repeated back. My burger was made wrong.I have tried 3 times in the last month to get an edible burger today I ordered a burger they put so much mestrud it was running out the sides got it all over me. I give up I will not go back.

Ordered through the app showed up a minute after close and was not helped. The app says contact the store for a refund I got to the window and was told by a rude girl who said they were closed, when I asked for a refund she said I have to to contact corporate but there is nowhere in the app or online listing a corporate number and not only that it is listed everywhere that this is a 24 hour location. It's my last $20:(
