Going through the drive thru at one pm, i was craving breakfast but alast there was none, i ordered a happy meal not one but two, and a medium fry….. The brave soldier in the window looked beyond tired, angry and upset…. My happy meals unbeknownst to me… weren’t happy….. no sauce… and five nuggests instead of six,…… i feel to my knees in the passeneger seat and cried to the gods above who have forsaken me… lack of lively barbeque sauce to coax and flirt with my tongue, and ranch to calm the heat and soothe the pain…. I yearn for my lovely sides of large enough fries that host a cold unloving marrige instead of a fresh clean one

Consistently the worst McDonald’s in the area, and the other reviews are backing it up. No reason quarter pounders should be 4 hours old at 9pm. Dry and genuinely unfinishable. The guys at the store on baseline and Gilbert do a great job, it’s a shame whoever’s in charge here doesn’t care and clearly hasn’t for years. Nothing against the 16 year olds they got slaving in the back because this has been an issue for years at this point. It’s worth taking the extra 5 minute drive to another store I know I’ll get quality from, or at least food that hasn’t been sitting for hours….

Rude taking my order, gave me cold pancakes, frozen butter and cold Syrup, i forgot about drinks, and there is a sign that says “no add on” in drive through window two, it says you must go back around to order additional items. So I went inside and the young lady was more interested in laughing with her friend, yet unpleasant with me, when I asked about the butter being frozen and everything else being cold she didn’t offer me a solution, she said that’s how it given. But the McDonalds I usually go to gives me warm syrup and room temp butter, the pancakes are also warm. So I’m quite sure this place doesn’t care about our experience with them.

The his is honestly the stupidest place I’ve never been in my life most likely the workers are actually slow or something you can’t even get a water if you “don’t order it” it’s 111 degrees outside wtf do you mean I can’t get a water… this store will be what’s coming for them that’s for sure!!! And then not having a cash register shouldn’t be our problem 🤷♀️

I went here and I did a mobile order and sat for over 25 minutes waiting to get my food. I went in and asked for a manager after several employees didn’t greet me. The manager with long flat hair Told me to pull up my order number while I showed him that it was paid for he walked away and began taking someone’s else’s order Then another manager comes to me asks is everything ok I stayed no My order is missing right when I stated that one employee comes up with a bag of food and asks if this was my food They then tried to give me the cold food So I asked for a refund and my food to be remade Another manager told no No refund and food one or the other I explained that I have been sitting and this was inconvenient and was handled wrong by the other manager He didn’t care lack or concern I now am waiting for my food to be remade They didn’t offer me anything for my wait Not one water or anything until the heard me on the phone complaining to my family And 2 mini mcflurries is the only they could do I live around the corner from this McDonalds and it was my worst experience yet!!!!!
This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The food is never fresh even though I order fry’s with no salt they give half of the size it’s supposed to be and still not hot even though they supposed to be made fresh. They pretty much throw the food out the window to you at night, dried out chicken for the chicken sandwich so it’s clearly past the disposal time. They need new management or extra training. Get it together. You wanted the raises and now that you have them and increased the prices on everything by 50% and the food got worse.

Employees are very rude and just mess around. We were waiting in the drive thu and we were told it would take a while. As we waited in line,in the second lane 2 other cars went in and got their orders while we were still told to wait in the fisrt lane. We waited for 7 minutes in the lane until finally they asked what we wanted to order and they were giggling and screaming over the speaker as we were trying to order. We pulled up to the window, and a lady with maroon hair told us are total and rolled her eyes while smirking. We pulled up to the second window and no one was there for a bit until we saw her again walking and smirking still at us as we got our order and drove off. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The management should have better control over the environment and their employees
