Drive Through is A Mess. I Simply Ordered Two Coffee's with Four Sugars and Two Creams. I Get A Hot Cup of Half n Half with A Pinch if Sugar. I Wasn't Able to Turn Back My Appointment at Banners was Coming Up. I Called For A Manager and Got The Red Tape for Horrible Customer Service. THANKFUL I DIDN'T ORDER FOOD...I Actually Came Back To This Establishment. Monica and Anthony need more Public Service Skills and Customer Service. To Doubt My Coffee Remake and Your Crude Manners Demanding A Receipt is Horrible Service Period. The food tasted like McDonald's!Parking: There is plenty of parking since the parking lot is shared with Safeway and other establishments.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp near the front door located next to the curbside pickup parking spots.

The absolute best McDonald's I've ever been to, & I'm 69 years old and have ate them since the 60"s! We've been there 20+ times since I found it, not once have I cold fries or a bad sandwich. My wife refused to go with me anymore, so I had to find a really good one ....... & she love's it. Kudos to the management & employees of this locations ....... A+++++

If you want to order and be delivered food by a bunch of idiots, then choose this location. I ordered 2 hot n spicys and when I got home to eat my food, there was no chicken inside my sandwiches. How does that make any sense? They gave me bread and sauce. If I could give 0 stars I would.

order my breakfast on app and went to restaurant and was told that breakfast was over and i couldnt get my order. Spoke with another person that was called to the window and he explained that i couldnt get my order due to breakfast being over and i couldnt get a refund, i refused to move and immediately was told he would call the cops. This person than proceeded to use my race against me call me names in spanish (person was african american) and was being very dramatic in the background. finally another manager named Lucy came to the window and calmly explained the situation to me. It is a same when you are in America and someone who is also a minority will try and use your race as a weapon to try and be little someone. I hope there is some action taken against this person. I for one will not be back to this restuarant again.

The lady taking order was not all happy to see me as a customer. Forgot my coffee and i waited more than expected and on my second order never called my number loud and my food was sitting there long
