I never write bad reviews but this is terrible. Someone took a bite of my double cheeseburger meal deal. Had to drive around and wait for replacement while 7 drive through cars exited. Finally, walked back in still a total of twenty minutes. Sad. Poor service. Last person did offer additional side to appease the horrible time I endured.

truly not every mcd is created equal. the manager at this mcd, nov 12 2025 noon, is truly on his game. the moment i order the staff is calling out the order to each other and i get it in 10 seconds. never seen that before in my life. guy is like playing overcooked in real life! this gotta be the most well run mcd in america.
edit: i wrote this glowing review and then read others, come to find everyone absolutely trashing this place. lol. i dont know man did i get lucky or they recently reformed? it's true the McChicken wasn't fresh but it's rarely ever fresh at any mcd so i didn't even think about that. it's sad mcd can't make a fresh one because the times i had it, it was insanely good. either way im keeping the review 5 stars for the insane speed. i actually ordered two separate times in one visit too so it wasn't a fluke.

This McDonald’s location has been consistently disappointing. The last five times we’ve come here, it’s been the same ridiculously long waits and poor food quality. They regularly ask customers to pull around the corner or park in a designated spot just so their service times don’t get dinged meaning corporate has no idea how long people are actually waiting. Even after waiting 20 minutes or more, the food isn’t fresh and the orders are wrong. For example, I ordered a McChicken with no mayonnaise, just lettuce, and got the exact opposite only mayonnaise and no lettuce. If you’re going to have customers pull around and take that extra time to prepare their meal, it should be correct. This isn’t the first time either there have been multiple previous errors. Something really needs to change here. Either management needs to step up, or corporate needs to get involved because this level of service is unacceptable. I don’t want a coupon I want quality service.
I came in during a huge morning rush! The team was so kind and apologetic for the wait. I appreciate their effort and friendliness.

Great experience! I had a problem with my order. They actually gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. These things happen. A great store would make it right. Even without a receipt and just the sandwich, the manager immediately had a new one prepared for me in front of my eyes.
Kudos to the manager and the staff at this McDonald's. Great customer service! You made me feel important and that's how it should be. Highly recommend!

Just picked up my mobile order from here. Ordered 3 Hamburgers all with Ketchup, extra pickles, extra mustard and extra onions.... 1st Burger - Perfect 2nd Burger - Normal no extra anything 3rd Burger - NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD, NO PICKLES, Normal onions...... SERIOUSLY?????? Please do better! It really is not that hard!! It is almost like your goal is to get the orders as wrong as possible!! And on top of that it is just way to ridiculously expensive now to get the order that wrong!!!
