Every time I visit, this young team member named Louie goes above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Not only is he always friendly and welcoming, but he also consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to his job.Despite his young age, he handles his responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Whether he’s taking orders, preparing food, or ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, he does it all with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service to customers like myself.I’m always impressed by his hard work and commitment to making every customer’s visit a pleasant one. Does McDonald's offer vision insurance bc yall need some ? ? ? simply lazy at this point, it wasn't even busy.

Some of the nuggets looked kind of uncooked and they were mushy. Ordering process was quick as well as the wait time for the food which is why I give this a 2 stars instead of 1.
This is without a doubt one of the worst McDonald's in the east valley, their burgers are literally thrown together & poorly made, I've gotten rock hard patties & burgers with several slices of cheese thrown on because people couldn't be bothered to peel a slice off. The nuggets are ok but don't expect them to give you your sauce, the last 3 times I've ordered nuggets they've forgotten the sauce. I hate ragging on food service workers because it's a shitty industry to be in but the people at this location can't even do the bare minimum. Just go to the Wendy's on Williams Field if you want semi decent food, it's made right & cheaper anyways

Stopped at the McDonald’s on Val Vista and Pecos this morning to order breakfast. Went through the drive-through. When I checked my order I had someone else’s order. I just paid $10 for a large Coke and a plain biscuit. Very frustrating. The service at this location has decreased and is getting worse. It’s too bad your servers can’t check the orders to make sure they have the right one. There’s no sense in having a double drive-through if you can’t get the orders correct.
