As far as McDonald's go this one as at the top. Fast friendly and accurate service.
Edit to add. Been here multiple times. Always have the best service here. I no longer go to the McDonald's that are closer or on my way.

I was super excited to find out there was still a McDonald's with a play place near by. 1st visit. Burgers without ketchup. Chicken sandwich with an insane amount of mayo. And all the food was room temp at best. A week later I wanted to let the kids play again. Same as before. Order not correct. Even the "corrected" burger was not correct. All food room temp. The frappe was the only thing done right. Stood there ignored by others for a min when trying g to correct the the problem. The 1st person who helped was was very kind. The 2nd one who finally helped after I got her attention was not very friendly. This place was a lot better 15 years ago when my oldest was younger. Very disappointed. As I drove 20 mins just for the playplace. Not impressed at all.

I've had consistently terrible experiences at this McDonald's. The customer service is abysmal; going through the drive-thru feels like a burden to the staff, who act like they resent your presence. The restaurant is always dirty, and on several occasions, I've been told they're out of ice or don't sell ice. When they do have it, the bags are only half full. My last visit was the worst yet, with a rude employee telling me she didn't have time to help and that I needed to hurry up. The staff here are consistently rude. I've started driving an extra ten minutes to another location at Val Vista and Queen Creek for better service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this McDonald's—it's one of the worst I've ever been to.

I wouldn't expect to write a review for a mcds... But I go here often with my little and sometimes just me. The staff is always fantastic! Reviews are low why? If anyone has complaints about the service I'm going to guess that you are the reason why the service was bad! Thanks to the staff at this McDonald's!!

This has to be the worst worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I have lived many places all over the country. They always have horrible customer service skills. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte this morning and this is what they gave me. It clearly states on the cup that it is a size small. The lady at the window told me that is their large and I told her, I ordered a medium yesterday and it was larger than this. She turned her back to me and would not turn around and look at me again until I pulled away. I will never order from this McDonald’s again and I would urge you not to as well.

Our food is usually always hot and fresh and the orders are correct. But Do not order after 9pm. I'm guessing this is when the night crew comes in? I don't know, but several times ordering past 9pm my order should just be thrown in the trash. It's always cold and soggy. Items are missing and it's never made right.
Half my order was incorrect, got mayo on sandwiches when I requested no mayo got no sauce for nuggets ( 6 piece) , when I requested sauce .

Don’t come close to posted closing time and they will send you away saying they’re closed even when they posted hours say they’re open. Intentionally ignored at the drive and watched this work thru the window go and the lock front door and make eye contact with me through the window. Worker had the headset on, the least you could do is communicate instead of watching sit out there waiting for your to answer WHEN IT SAYS YOU’RE OPEN. Came just before 11pm.

It has to be pretty bad for me to jump on a rate McDonald’s when I expect the food to be subpar but this place is below that. Fries are cold!!! And they put the bare minimum on sandwiches and zero onions. I feel I was given cardboard to eat.
