They don't know what no big Mac bun means. A big Mac has 3 buns. No big Mac bun means no middle bun. Instead they give you a Hamburger salad (no bun at all)
So your kiosk doesn't print my receipt. I ask for one but they cant print it from the front counter. It wasn't that I needed it but past issues at McDonald's have lead me to get oone. The person tells me what I ordered. I wait and time goes by. I've been waiting patiently and another person takes there orders. The employee ask me what I'm ordering. I tell him I already did and tells me it on the pick up window. How the hell am I supposed to know my order is waiting for me. Another person goes through my order because he is having the same issue. Is it that hard to say hay order 13 is ready. Oh yea it probably would have helped if I had a receipt. Well time to move on to a different location. I see now why they have 3 stars.

Ate here yesterday. As in many McDonalds the fries were barely warm. They gave us a new batch which wasn't much better. Even some soggy ones in the bottom. How do you make a cheeseburger look like it has been stepped on sliding off the bun? I should have taken a picture but I bet most of us have had the same experience. McDonalds doesn’t seem to care much. Fast food doesn’t mean it has to look that bad.

Ordered food online. 10 or 15 minutes before 10:30. I showed up at 10:30 on the dot. Waited for the car in front of me it was 10:31 gave my code to order and the person working said their no longer serving breakfast. Thats just bad business. Did they think I put in my order and i wasnt going to show up. Do that do that to door dash as well. Thats pretty sad how quick they are ready for it to be lunch that they would turn away a customer. I will go to the other location from now on.

This is our local McDonald's so we come here once and awhile, but it has some hygiene issues. We saw an employee sitting on a food prep counter, and no member of staff corrected this despite many workers being in the restaurant. I recently had an order with molding lettuce. We will not return to this location until these issues are addressed and corrected.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. My bf and I ran here during his lunch break bc he’s teleworking. We ordered at 12:41 needing to be back at our house (5min away) at 1:05. It is currently 1:15 and we are still waiting. Several people have ordered after us and gotten their food. All we ordered was a 10 piece and an ice cream cone! We are now so late back to our house and back to his job. Finally got our order after my bf went up to talk to them. Woman was apologetic.

Ordered a Triple Cheeseburger Meal with an extra beef patty, what was delivered was a double cheeseburger
For some reason they removed 1 patty and didn't add the additional one ordered
I want to give a huge shoutout to Ryan, the manager at McDonald’s. He is truly amazing! Ryan leads with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for both customers and his team. Every visit feels smooth and welcoming because of the positive environment he creates.
Ryan goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly, and you can see how much pride he takes in his work. He treats everyone with respect, and his leadership makes a real difference in the store and the community.
McDonald’s is very lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding manager like Ryan. His hard work and positive attitude make every experience a great one!
