Chicken strips always seem to be over done, always dry and hard to bite. French fries are a hit or miss.

I was excited to order a Snack Wrap meal, only to find it completely cold, including the fries. And weirdly the wraps didn’t have any shredded cheese in them. What a waste of money

This McDonald’s is very close to our home. Unfortunately we’ve had multiple issues with several orders. I even called the one 800 number because we were overcharged and never saw a refund. Very disappointed in this location.

Okay, I just had a really bad experience at this specific McDonald's. There was a manager there, I think his name was Ryan( had blondish hair and mustache). Honestly, his attitude was terrible.
I went up to the counter to ask a simple question and he acted like I was bothering him. He was super rude, didn't make eye contact, and just seemed completely uninterested in helping me. When I asked if they had any sweetened iced tea, he just sighed and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience.
What made it even worse was that while I was waiting for my food, I actually overheard him talking to another employee in a really negative way about some of the other staff. It was unprofessional and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. If he talks about his own employees like that where customers can hear, it says a lot about the kind of manager he is.
Honestly, it felt like he didn't even want to be there. His whole demeanor was just negative and unwelcoming. It really made my experience at McDonald's unpleasant. I usually enjoy coming here, but this manager really soured it for me. I hope someone talks to him about his customer service skills, and maybe his overall attitude towards his job and his team, because I definitely won't be rushing back if he's working
McDonald’s needs to start doing a deeper evaluation for the manager position, instead of smiling supportive faces the manager was honestly rude and snarky after getting my order wrong.
I had ordered
2x plain HAMBURGERS and received two cheese burgers with everything on it
1x cheese burger with no pickles mayo and lettuce but received a Hamburger with everything including ( pickles)
As someone who comes from a family business of over 20 years experience handling vigorous tasks in management from difficult customers, to theft to paying employees I understand one thing
( the way that the customer feels/leaves any establishment should be happy and a positive environment )
Upon my second arrival to McDonald’s, the manager approached the second window to
“ assist me “
But tbh it was like dealing with an uneducated middle schooler, who couldn’t drop her attitude enough to full fill her jobs needs. With a horrible face expression/ rude tone of voice,
( I even offered to pay for the mistake they had caused because I understand accidents happen )
Once my food order was supplied, and corrected in a rude manner, the young nice women at the window asked
“ is that it “
To which I replied
“ oh my wife said that you also didn’t give us three straws for the three drinks can I please have some “
That is when the manager peeped her ugly expression face around the counter and gave me a look I wish nobody else in this world had to see.
This McDonald’s needs new management and needs to raise their level of education/training for the manager position obviously.

Please serve breakfast til noon on weekends
The server who was meant to take my order spent 15 minutes taking with a friend, so I tried using the kiosk but that wasn’t working either, a total waste of time for below average food , go to In N Out or something but steer clear, also half the machines are broken in the morning for some reason so now u can’t even have a decent cup of coffee, ice cream nor a sandwich.
I’d hate to give a bad review BUT my food was cold, Frys were soggy, my crispy chicken tasted old like it was sitting there for a while 😭. So I didn’t get to enjoy it.
