We went to mcdonalds excited to try the new shamrock mcflurry. We show up in the drive thru and got no answer. Drive up to the window amd the employees pretended we weren’t there, we knocked on the window and they came and told us they were “closed.” We were there at 11:30 which is thirty minutes before they actually closed. I am very disappointed in mcdonadls and their horrible staff and service.

Well first of all the parking lot is so small. Not easy getting in and out. Second my sister and I ordered on the app at the same time. She got her order and I never got mine. People came after us were getting their orders. We asked several times where our order was and they kept saying it was coming. After them saying that a few times I said I would just like my money back. The general manager told me she can't refund me. I have to go through the app. Someone then bought the order out and she told them to take it back. So she was expecting me to have paid. Get no promised refund and no food. Horrible customer service. !

Order took 47 minutes to get and three hour of my paycheck to pay for, so going to Texas Roadhouse for those prices and get food in same amount of time but more enjoyable, fyi the cost to get a meal a year later hasn’t
