Did a mobile order for drive- thru pickup. Food was fresh and hot, but even better, was the hospitality, especially from a fast food joint. Our window guy and gal were super friendly and genuine. They apologized for the wait, (wasn't even that long), and she asked if we needed anything else, but like she cared. This isn't the first time we've had great service at this location. Several other locations are just as close, but we will always choose this one.

Tell me how hard it is to understand what plain means. Why did I get a full normal quarter pounder plus Big Mac sauce when I ordered it plain. I stopped coming to McDonald’s in general because they could never make an order right and yet again they fail to defy expectations. How difficult is it to make something as ordered?

Update Jan 4 2025. Downgraded my previous rating to two stars. Got the order wrong. Pics attached. Per receipt, ordered an Egg McMuffin sandwich. After driving away to an appointment learned too late to do anything that I was given a greasy overly spicy Sausage McMuffin. Sad. Lack of attention by staff just ruined my experience.
Slammed for breakfast and many cars at the drive through. No problem. The staff filled orders and moved the line quickly. Friendly with smiling faces.

Woke up New Year’s Day with a real thirst for McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin looked at the time and it was 10:20, shoot I’m not going to make it but alas McDonald’s had mobile ordering so I ordered my breakfast hopped in my car and headed down there as I was pulling into curbside parking I was notified that my order was cancelled, I came inside panicked and talked to Pascale who was visibly busy, now most McDonald’s employees don’t give a crap but Pascale did! He found solutions and made sure my thirst was fufilled. Thank you for being a kind and gentle soul.

I’ve nearly always had great service at this location and last night was no exception! I rarely have a long wait at the drive thru and the orders are always correct. Last night I was fortunate to have Ila greet me at the window. She had a big smile and thanked me for coming to McDonald’s. She saw my big Labrador poking his head out of the rear window and said hi to him. Then she even offered to fix him a McDonald’s pup cup! She is the type of employee we need more of. I saw her check my food bag to assure the order was filled correctly and asked if I needed any condiments. Before I drove away she thanked me for my patronage. I will return to this place of business BECAUSE of Ila. She cares about the integrity of the service she offers. Bravo McDonald’s! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
