I was disappointed with my recent McFlurry experience at McDonald’s. The McFlurries were served in paper cups with the Oreo topping simply placed on top of the ice cream, rather than mixed throughout, which diminished the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the provided spoons were flimsy and broke while attempting to mix the dessert, making it difficult to eat. For $13, I expected a higher level of quality and care in preparation. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

Did a mobile order for drive- thru pickup. Food was fresh and hot, but even better, was the hospitality, especially from a fast food joint. Our window guy and gal were super friendly and genuine. They apologized for the wait, (wasn't even that long), and she asked if we needed anything else, but like she cared. This isn't the first time we've had great service at this location. Several other locations are just as close, but we will always choose this one.

Maganer was Rude, food was horrible, wouldn't even sale a toy separate when they can for $2. Won't be going back there ever again!!!

Tell me how hard it is to understand what plain means. Why did I get a full normal quarter pounder plus Big Mac sauce when I ordered it plain. I stopped coming to McDonald’s in general because they could never make an order right and yet again they fail to defy expectations. How difficult is it to make something as ordered?

Update Jan 4 2025. Downgraded my previous rating to two stars. Got the order wrong. Pics attached. Per receipt, ordered an Egg McMuffin sandwich. After driving away to an appointment learned too late to do anything that I was given a greasy overly spicy Sausage McMuffin. Sad. Lack of attention by staff just ruined my experience.
Slammed for breakfast and many cars at the drive through. No problem. The staff filled orders and moved the line quickly. Friendly with smiling faces.
