Wrong items served at drive through.. zero interest rates in providing an apology for their error. 9 out of 10 times this restaurant gets our orders wrong.. we have a 10 minute drive each way to get this corrected!
Nice updates to this location
Why does something go wrong every single time we come to this location on Higley/Chandler Heights? From broken down machines (no pineapple mango smoothie) to being out of stuff. Tonight to save time I ordered using the mobile app. Got to my parking spot and an employee came out to say they are out of chicken tenders. Come on! Hubby had to go in to get a refund because we paid with the credit card using the app. We need you all to do better than this!
