The star of the show is the cashier named Gayla is. She is such a joy and truly makes the experience so pleasant everytime, I always leave with a smile on my face because of her. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and giving everyone the best experience possible. I will always come to this location because of her. It’s an added bonus that they keep the place super clean and it’s always so fast.

Went to the McDonald's on Higley/Brown last week. Ordered a fish sandwich, which are the best around. When I opened the box, it was thrown together. If the employees are being paid $16+ hr, at least make sure the food is presentable.

Wait in the drive-through and watch other lane move while I sit and watch 2 cars go in front of me. Then pull up to pay and window opens "it going to be a bit" then closes window and walks off.... and of course the car that they jumped in front of me had a huge order.... finding another way to work and a different McDs to go to.
