Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

On Sunday after as a family we went to menchies. We we entered the establishment of the two young ladies in there just standing looking at each other, not even a salutation. Well, not even one minute when two customers walked in instantly, both workers greeted them.
I well never again entered this establishment.

Very tasty and fun place to grab a yummy frozen yogurt. So many toppings. Place has small tables, color pages and crayons,checker boards. Also make birthday cakes.

I would not recommend purchasing a birthday ice cream cake from this location. I gave them two chances for two separate birthdays, and both experiences were disappointing.

The first time, they were out of cake batter flavor and claimed they only make what they have available that day. The cake tasted terrible and was inedible. When I informed the owner, he seemed indifferent.

The second time, I ordered a Jurassic Park-themed cake, but it seemed like they were just trying to use up leftover inventory. The design included unnecessary red and green decorations that didn’t match the theme. The writing looked messy and redundant, with bright red bubble letters adding an extra, unrequested “Happy Birthday” alongside the name. The overall presentation was unappealing and far from what I had asked for.

For the high cost of these cakes, the quality and service were extremely disappointing.

Okay, so, I normally get yogurt here as a regular and this time when I went to check out, the girl who was doing my transaction quickly moved past the tip section to the point I couldn’t see the screen. I know as a regular that the tip is always already defaulted at 15% on the screen. Most the time I opt out of the tip is because this establishment is a SELF SERVING FROYO place, and they don’t always interact with you as I know from being an employee for Menchies in the past that there are 5 Gs they have to do but don’t. Anyways, I cancel the transaction to opt out of the tip and I ask her straight up if she automatically had the tip in there and she said no. We go back to the tip screen and she barely has it on there for a split second and I definitely saw that the tip was autofilled again and paid the tip anyways. I hate to say this, but I was lied to and definitely deceived. Sometimes I do to choose to tip, but in this case, I wasn’t really given a choice at all because she quickly took me to the transaction screen without giving me the option to tip or not with the autofill tip being at 15%. I’d rather take my business elsewhere because I dont appreciate the lack of honesty that happened yesterday. I do tip, but not normally at places where I’m the one doing all the self serving if that makes sense. Please don’t do this to me again, or any one else as a matter of fact, it’s not okay, at all.

Best of the best. Great yogurt, great service. Birthdays, anniversaries, or just a weekend treat.

AMAZING the food tastes amazing which you
custom make yourself get to choose the ice cream toppings and everything do it yourself then they weigh it and charge you based on the weight which is perfectly fine the food tastes great and the place looks and feels great amazing vibes and so nostalgic it's like a dairy queen if they cared less about money and more about the store and customers

Vegetarian options: There's alot of vegan options so it's perfect for everyone

Dietary restrictions: There's basically no restrictions it actually has less sugar then most ice cream and still tastes better and fress

Parking: Decent amount of room and the place is never busy highly underrated

Kid-friendliness: It's perfect the atmosphere, food, spoons are all kid friendly and still not too childish that it feels wring to eat they even have a kids table with crayons and stuff!

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no restrictions to wheelchair users they can do everything perfectly just like us especially in this store which even has a bunch of room

Horrible customer service, the girls working there were so bitter and bothered when we were paying, almost like we interrupted their conversation even though they're on the clock all they had to do was weigh the ice cream and charge us. You can always find a different job if you hate it that much.

Normally love going here but had Keyana there and it was not a great experience, rolled her eyes when being asked a question for help. You could tell she didn’t want to be here. It was sad and made the experience a not so great one. Maybe it was just a one off experience.

Yummy frozen yogurt! I love their boba and cant go without it in my froyo. I love to get the chocolate with some fruity, sweet yet tart flavors like the pineapple or the plum flavors they have.

The owner of this location is super. So helpful with nutrition info and the place is setup great. Love the selections.

Always enjoy Menchies, I got the vanilla snow frozen yogurt, with strawberry and mango boba. I wish they had regular cake batter but they only had the cake batter with almond milk. I also love the mochi, it’s a staple for me. So a little upsetting but definitely will still be returning.
