Food is great but service is terrible to the point I almost canceled my order another table next to us mentioned they also experienced horrible service from the cashier. We were all respectful and comments were made from a very annoyed employee complaining how we ordered to go but sat at a table I let her know we were waiting for our Uber she continued to show anger to the fact we were sitting down mine you I was still waiting for my food. The table next to us mentioned they also had a bad experience and she also made comments to them and for this reason I won’t be back if you are upset about having customers then why be home.

I tried multiple times to call and order tacos from midnight taco. Every time I called, they would answer and say hello hello hello, then they would hang up. I tried over and over and over again and eventually they stopped answering my phone call. I just wanted some tacos.. we loved this place, but unfortunately we’ve experienced poor customer service the past two times we’ve tried to order from them.

This tiny food cart situated in downtown Gilbert offers mouth watering carne asada tacos and other traditional favorites. After leaving one of the bars on a Friday night, this taco stand hit the spot. They have a few tables set up next to their stand which is nice and our order came out fairly quickly. I ordered three carne asada tacos and my friend opted for the nachos. The carne asada was flavorful and these were probably some of the best street tacos I have had. The nachos were good considering they had the carne asada and fresh toppings on top but the nacho cheese and chips were nothing special. There were also a couple of salsa bottles on the tables as well. All in all Midnight Tacos is wort trying and I believe they have an actual location in Gilbert which I will definitely try to stop by.

Family run and OMG phenomenal food! Carne asada is great as is the veggie taco/burrito. So much flavor I go at least once a week. Bring cash to avoid extra charge, but well worth it!!!

Perfect late night food after partying Portions were big so definitely getting money's worth. Our group shared chicken nachos, carne asada quesadilla, al pastor burrito and carne asada nachos. All super good, also loved the salsa verde! The workers were nice and food prepared quickly, also loved the music playing and a few tables available to relax and enjoy! Definitely worth checking out!

They were fantastic to work with. We catered my daughters birthday with the self serve taco bar. The food was great and there was plenty of food to go around. They showed up early to ensure that it was all set up and ready at the time we agreed to.Will definitely be using them again for future events!

Food was good. Cooked fresh. I got the asada quesadilla and it was a big boy. But for $10 I hope it would be. They accept cash, Venmo, or Cashapp. The owner/cook was nice enough. Tons of drunk people everywhere from the bars. Main target demographics. But with that you'll get all kinds of interesting characters.So it made for an experience.

Midnight Taco has fantastic tacos, burros, and quesadillas. Although I haven't been to the brick and mortar location, I've been to the food cart location on Gilbert Road between Norwood and Liberty Market. Their prices are good and the food is awesome. I understand that they are on Gilbert Road Friday and Saturday and their open late. Check them out and grab fantastic grub!

On a recommendation from my coworker I headed down to downtown Gilbert and randomly decided to check out this taco stand. Amazing tacos. Better than what you’ll get at a nice Mexican restaurant.
