Fun place to hang out! I'd love to come back and try their other goodies.

I like that it’s quiet and has a few options that are generally fresh. Minimal menu and creative selections. The challenge is that they’re usually out of ingredients. Tonight they were out of boba more than 1hr before close. Several people came in to order and turned around and left when they were told no boba. The interior is plain and quiet (no music or anything). Makes it nice if you have a headache or something I imagine but not great for socializing. It’s ok but could be much better.

Very nice person working. I’ve seen this place many times but was my first visit. I assumed it’d be really nice inside and it has all the potential BUT they don’t seem to clean? At all. All tables were extremely dirty and same with the restroom - like not cleaned in weeks+. Also not stocked with anything. Bummer that they don’t sell some of the things listed online anymore. Decent boba but with a small menu and lack of cleanliness, I’ll probably go elsewhere

The boba is actually very delicious, very sweet cashier.

Must try mango boba with vanilla ice cream, ask them to lower boba to extra little and medium sugars.

This place has gone down hill, massively. It smells so bad, they have reduced their menu to very little options, the drinks are horrible now, and it feels like it’s going out of business- tvs are off, no desserts in the cases, dirty, and smell.

It smells so gross and the restrooms are so nasty! They are out of everything on the menu, TVs don’t work. So disappointing and disgusting.

Run down and never have all the ingredients to make a drink

Food was absolutely amazing! It was fun being able to try new foods from different cultures. Me and my gf got C3 and A3 and they were phenomenal! The service was great too! Super friendly and kind employees and welcoming atmosphere. It took a little bit to make the desserts but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend!

Changing their menu and losing the reason my wife enjoys going there.

A proper farewell

I have been coming this place for years, and I guess this is goodbye.

Yesterday would be my last time coming to this place. The topping was stale and the tea
was blackened. I still remember the first time I visited this place, and remembered the drinks were good. But now it's time to say goodbye.

I hate to be this person, but I’m extremely frustrated with what I saw when I went to get a drink there today. I had to use the restroom. There was a sign on the door that said “Sink Broken” which was fine as I had hand sanitizer in my purse. When I got to the restroom, I was disgusted with what I saw. You can tell no one has cleaned that bathroom in months. There was not an ounce of toilet paper in the whole bathroom, even though there were two empty rolls and 3 empty paper towel holders. There were empty cleaners all over the floor. There were 0 seat liners. The urinal had toilet paper all over inside of the urinal that was clearly there for longer than it needed to be. There was urine all over the floor next to the urinal, urine on the toilet seat, and yes the sink was broken like the sign said. Miss Dessert, do better. The drinks have declined over the years and today the poppers were almost old and mushy. Everything just seemed off. I have attached pictures, but at this point this is a biohazard as you are a restaurant that serves food/drinks. The girl that works the store is so sweet. I have come in a few times over the last few months but something needs to be done with the cleanliness of your facilities.

Always getting the 100% sweet with no ice. Anything fruity is my cup of tea.
