I mobile ordered a pizza that was supposed to be done by 3:17 i walk in at 3:17 and they don’t even START working on the pizza till they see me waiting without another customer in the store… i ordered it so it would be quick and done as i’m in a hurry so this was a VERY aggravating experience

I had an incorrect order from uber eats from a different location and they delivered me a correct one free of charge. I don’t know the names of whoever I spoke to on the phone, who made the pizza, and who delivered it, but 10/10 customer service and pizza makers all around!! 🫡

Not sure how sanitary it is to have the the young lady (Nirvana shirt) spending all her time on her cell phone texting/ takingselfish. (Touching the screen) while handling the oven and everyone's food going in / out of it. Couldn't even pull herself away to get the boxes we needed. We ended up helping ourselves grabbing them from over the counter. Your employer isn't paying you to text / take selfies, put your filthy phone away at work.

Came as soon as the store opened. The worker who unlocked the door let it shut in our face. She didn’t greet us and looked very unhappy to be there (glasses and brown hair). Whoever closed the night before didn’t clean any of the tables and the toilets were disgusting to the point where our son refused to go to the bathroom because of them. Both the men’s and women’s. Just not a good experience.

After a Long Morning at the Emergency room , we were starving. So what better way to fulfill our stomachs then with a pizza with unlimited toppings for one price. Literally 12.39 for the largest pizza, can't beat it. Toppings were fresh, only 2 complaints I have is the pizza seemed a little underdone, and not enough sauce .. other then that very good!! Thanks Mods Pizza!!1

I LOVE MOD PIZZA! It's a delicious oven baked pizza where you choose the toppings. Great for all diets and sooo delicious. Definitely one of the top 5 places to eat would highly recommend.
Taliyah (manager) is SUPER AWESOME!! We love this location, and while having a tad issue with ordering pizza crusts that were not to our liking, she handled the situation with ease, grace AND a SMILE! Taliyah is professional and it’s clear she’s a phenomenal team leader, as it shows with the total environment (very clean and organized) of the restaurant and her kind and efficient staff members! Way to go MOD PIZZA SANTAN VILLAGE!
