I have been here several times as it's a convenient location and they open earlier than most places, however every time i come to this location they burn the bottom of my pizza not sure if the fire is too high but it really ruins my lunch. Also the bathroom was not clean, the trash was almost overflowing with trash on the floor. With 3 employees you would think one of them could check before they opened. Really disappointing. Other locations I go to are not like this, must be the management here.

I don't leave bad reviews I like to praise anytime I can but unfortunately this is a bad review. Ordered several pizzas on the app requested extra cheese, bacon and mushrooms on both pizzas. Recieved the exact opposite it's either shrinkflation gone wild or the staff being told to be chinchi on the toppings. Barely a trace of bacon, hamburger, cheese and mushrooms. Never have I got MOD pizzas so cheap on toppings. Plus when I went in to get the pizzas the staff never said Hi or can I help you, not a word they just kept working heads down or talking. I should have never gave them such a high tip on the app due to this type of poor customer service. I have been here many times and other locations and it's always been good until today. Sad probably have to drive to a MOD further away to get better service.

We came here for a fun girls day lunch. We walked in. There was 3 people behind the counter and one customer sitting at a table. Not one person greeted us for probably 3-4 mins. Zero acknowledgment. I told the woman I never eat here and asked for help with what sauces they offer she rudely and quickly pointed the the sauce and then just stood there. Each pizza order was like pulling teeth to get toppings added and acted put out with each request. The pizza itself was delicious but, the service was AWFUL 0/10
I forgot just how good this pizza is. Oh my it’s amazing. The service was a little slow when I walked in the door, but nothing a killer pizza can’t fix. $40 for three pizzas and three drinks, which seems pricey, but is on par other places.

Not GF! We love Mod Pizza but this location was such a disappointment. Management needs to do better! We will not be back. My first impression was that the place was was not cared for. The floor was dirty. We wanted to sit outside but the outdoor seating was a mess. (The Long Bow location is so much nicer.) We needed a GF pizza and checked the website ahead of time to make sure GF was offered and it was. Beware, if you have an gluten allergy, you cannot eat here. We noticed that the same dipper and sauce was used for G and GF. Then we realized that the pizza goes onto the flour covered surface in the oven. Placing it on tin foil would recify that. The staff seemed annoyed and clarified that they are GFriendly, not GF. Overall a disappointing experience for our guests.
