Waited at the front counter for awhile, while the person up front restocked the ingredients and the other completely ignoring us. I was charged incorrectly and when told this, the manager was frustrated because my bf asked if the money would be put back on my card tonight. She ended up refunding my entire order instead. The people at this location looked miserable and I did not get the same service as I have at other Mod locations.

I typically only review a business if I feel strongly enough either in the 1 or 5 star direction. This is, in fact, my first 3 star review. Mod Pizza is delicious. I think most people would agree with that statement. However, there are 2 things you need to be aware of before eating here. First, though delicious, the food doesn't typically settle well. I tend to feel a bit lethargic and bloated even after just a modest portion. And second, a post prandial condition I like to call Modstipation, meaning it will take you an extra day or two to work this pizza through your digestive system. Perhaps a glass of prune juice with your pizza could alleviate this. With that, I bid you farewell, and may your intestines be blessed with fortitude!

MOD Always hits the spot, if I am letting them decide what's on my pizza or I am deciding it is always good. I love the cauliflower crust! The customer service is also always spot on! Thank you MOD'

While ordering three pizzas I was told that they can’t do extra cheese and have to be stingy due to the price of cheese. They said managers are getting mad that they are using extra cheese as it costs alot! It’s pizza… the main ingredient to pizza, am I supposed to just eat it with sauce and twoSprinkles of cheese??? Lame!

It was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was like cardboard. There were 4 pieces of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. Hardly any sauce

Very cool staff working at this location now. New food options on the menu and pretty quick.
We walked in. No line. Plenty of staff. The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. She didn’t look at us either. She took our order begrudgingly. My husbands pizza was super sparse but he didn’t ask for more stuff and that’s on him. He felt odd and she was off putting. After the girl made them the manager was rearranging them. I think he was trying to redeem them. Overall this place is good. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. The crust was so wonderful The person on charge of pizza cooking is skilled. I had the double crust. So good. The location is great. Interior is too loud really to enjoy your meal though. But it has a patio. Except the patio was not clean or organized. Despite ample staff. The tables were scattered and dirty. There was no garbage on them, but no chairs were pushed in, tables were misaligned, table tops were greasy and crumby. There were napkins on the floor that I cleaned up after I wiped and straightened the table. The soda area was clean and organized. The floors were clean. The girl cutting the pizza was friendly and smiled. I like the pizza a lot and the quality of the crust, the crust options and the topping variety are what sells the place. The young blonde’ish girl may need a refresher lesson on customer service. I willCome again. Usually the place is kinda messy but the people are usually nice and the food is always great.

Outside tables all dirty and covered with ants.Inside very cold for the family. The pizza was good. The ceaser salad was not the best. You wait on yourself. Staff friendly.

My son is very picky about his pizza and I am picky on my salads! This place satisfies both of our pickiness ?! We love it here. Pizza and salad together you cannot beat that! I recommend this place 100%

Great tasting salad I recommend the Caesar salad and any of their pizzas they are all amazing, service was great would have given them 5 stars but they were being stingy with the toppings, other than that the food and service were great a bit on the high side for pricing but all the ingredients are fresh so you get what you pay

Place is filthy!!! The staff doesn't proactively clean the tables or sweep. Every table inside was disgusting, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floors had food and trash all over. Needs better management...it wasn't even busy and all 5 staff members were just standing around instead of cleaning up. Worst MOD we've been to.
