We usually frequent the one In Queen Creek. Never really had any issues there This one was quite the opposite. We had to seat ourselves, which is OK and the table we ended up choosing was dirty, Yet three other employees were just standing around talking, when they should’ve been cleaning up the dining room. It took forever for us to get a server and when he brought our drinks, I ordered an iced tea. My wife ordered a water. He brought us a Pepsi and a water. After realizing his mistake, he said he would go get us another one, but then he proceeded to stop at two other tables before he brought my wife’s water to her. Just very lackluster service here, the food wasn’t as good either… I got the seafood chimichanga. My wife got the Pollo fundito , which was made a little bit differently than the one in Queen Creek. My chimichanga was very skimpy on cheese on top of it and inside and was mainly rice. We definitely will not be back to this restaurant as it was kind of lackluster food and poor service along with a dirty dining room *** Also a note to the owners ***why do you have one server covering the entire dining room? This hardly seems fair to the server and I’m sure his or her tips are reflected in the poor service they give.

Service was sub par. I felt like we were more of a nuisance than a paying customer. Our food came out fast but the chicken chimi and fundido were not good. The pollo fundido literally looked like they put to old slices of cheese on top and melted it. The chicken was bland as well as the refried beans. The Sonoran dog on the other hand was quite good. None of us are interested in returning to this place. If they don't improve their service and quality of food they won't be in business for much longer.

The Best Mexican Food Restaurant in The Phoenix Valley!
Chips sucked, hash-browns dogfood, red sauce on the eggs horrible.
Food was outstanding

Always great service and hospitality food is delicious too
Absolute worst customer service ever. I will never go back. I ordered food that five people in the room can attest to then when I got there, they tried to tell me I ordered something else. The manager, Julio, kept arguing with me stating I ordered something I didn’t. Go somewhere else. Poor management, poor service, really poor attitude. I have never been treated this poorly in any establishment.
Very personable staff! Had an excellent conversation with my waiter and will be coming back for the amazing food!
I was fortunate to be served by an exceptional waitress (Julianna) at Moreno’s Mexican restaurant. Beyond just taking my order and bringing the dishes — which, by the way, were delicious — what truly made the difference was her attitude. She was kind, attentive, and most of all, genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience.
In a time when many forget the value in customer service, she stood out. I’ll definitely be back.
Perfect, but you can never go wrong with taco's
