I had the Bacon and Brie burger. Super tasty, very tall! The bun fell apart, though, so I had to finish it with a fork and knife. Service was efficient and fun. Great atmosphere with corn-hole, nice patio and lots of TVs. We'll be back!

It's not a bad place, just not a great place. We got the pretzel for an appetizer, and it was ok. There was grease on the tray under it. We also got the chicken sandwich. The menu description just states chicken. It should state chicken thigh. The chicken sandwich wasn't that good and kinda small for the price. The service was good but it also wasn't that busy on a Saturday afternoon. Might go back and try it again minus the chicken sandwich.

Dang what a great surprise. We’ve driven by this place countless times to go to any number of places in downtown Gilbert. So, this evening we decided to just pull in parking lot (kinda small) and give this Mug n Shot a shot. Absolutely fantastic. Service was good, but they’re busy so don’t be afraid to grab a servers attention. They are totally cool with that and with help you right away. We sat at the super nice bar with plenty of TVs so we loved the atmosphere and how it’s open to Gilbert Rd. Last but not least the food is reasonably priced, but wow the Hamburger was one of the best burgers we have ever had. Well be back in Friday for Happy Hour which looks fantastic and the prices are really discounted.

Overall, a nice place, but a little on the pricey side. The place has a very modern vibe to it. It was largely empty, but on a Tuesday evening, understandable. Our server was friendly, so that was a plus.

The chef Jose makes all the food to perfection. Preston know so much about sports. The manager Kimberly was on it. I'll definitely be back.

Tried the hot wings- traditional- wish I had maybe asked for them to be a bit more crispy. Also tried the giant pretzel- a little greasy, but not bad. Drinks were very good though. Liked the atmosphere, good place to watch football

I had the privilege of attending my very first Yelp Elite event at Mug n' Shot Restaurant, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electrifying. The manager, Kevin, was hands-on and ensured that the event went on without a hitch. Kimberly was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met promptly. As for Adrianna, the bartender, her mixology skills are second to none - every drink she crafted was an art piece in itself!A special shoutout to Tim, the Camera Media Tech expert. Not only was he professional, but his enthusiasm and expertise also added an exciting dynamic to the event. He captured moments that I will cherish forever. In summary, the team at Mug n' Shot made my first Yelp Elite event unforgettable. If this is the standard they set for a gathering, I can only imagine the exceptional experiences they offer on a daily basis. Highly recommended!

Let's see. They could not make a whiskey sour. Cajun chicken was dry and tasteless.Waitress was great. Also they need more tvs.Maybe the cook is new. Some people I met said the lobster bites were great.

Food is good, kinda greasy and slightly overseasoned sometimes, but good. Good beer & cocktail selection. Nice patio & seating area with both tall & short tables. Lots of TV'S but they aren't super loud if you aren't into that. Service is great also.

First time visit and was a little nervous due to some of the reviews. After we checked it out I can only assume those were due to some growing pains after just opening. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The bar was outfitted with the perfect amount of tvs with a great variety of sports showing. We just missed happy hour by 15 minutes and will definitely watch the clock next time since the prices and offers during HH look great. Anyhow, tried the habanero honey mustard wings and they were fantastic. Sauce was unlike anything I’ve had before and the wings were cooked to perfection. Adrianna was a great bartender and very attentive throughout our visit. Will definitely be back!!

Great place don’t get me wrong but the food is small and a little expensive, kinda family friendly (they have high chairs) but no changing tables for the bathroom, and the food tastes okay… been here twice and we didn’t get what asked the first time we came and our burger wasn’t pink at all. Also hard to park when there’s very little spots to park!
