Mugsy Dogs - Gilbert

Today’s online order was for 2 Jr. dogs and a regular dog. All 3 were regular dogs. The last order I ordered 2 Jr. dogs with 3 toppings and I received plain dogs. It’s hit or miss with this place. We now joke about what we’re actually going to get! #getittogether

This is a great example of a really good idea being executed really poorly. We have gotten food here multiple times and there have been issues each time, either with missing food, cold food, or just plain rude service. I love giving local businesses a chance, but my experiences here have been enough to have me look somewhere else.

Wish there were more restaurants around. But everytime I'm in the area, I make sure to pick up a couple of Mugsy dogs. Yay!

Well this was my first and last time having Mugsy Dogs. The fries tasted like pure grease. The hotdog was mediocre at best. Disappointing

HOT DOG WAS OLD, SEEMS LIKE THEY HEATED IT UP ON THE GRILL. THE BUN WAS OLD AND WHO PUTS SLICED ROUND PICKLES ON A CHICAGO DOG? THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS AWEFUL AND THE BACON BITS HAD SO MUCH BURNT OIL IT WAS ON THE RIM OF THE PLASTIC BOWL SERVES IT IN. MY WIFE DID LIKE THE SLIDERS AND FRIES SO I GAVE THEM TWO STARS FOR THAT. I REALLY HOPE THIS WAS A ONE OFF.

Got a hot dog can’t remember what it was but is was wrapped in bacon. It was one of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had and got the cheese burger with fry’s which was very good as well

So I had high hopes be ause we need more hole in the wall type local places. I don't know if its because it felt like my hot dog was reheated or the small amount of onion rings, i just was left wanting more. Nice staff but just ok on the food.

I am concerned about how disgustingly dirty this restaurant has become. The food has been good but now I am concerned after seeing the inside. I stuck to the floor, the soda machine was filthy, the air vents are covered in crud, the floors have built up grime, the cooler is covered in sludge, its essentially scary. I hope you(the owners) decide to take more pride in this place just as the previous owners did.

Please make the food fresh, dont pre cook the hotdogs and let them sit there.
