Their food is excellent, it has a great flavor and we haven't wanted to try other places. The only thing that I wish I could request and or change is that they velvet (tenderize) their beef much longer. Everytime I have ordered anything with beef in it, it's kinda tough. Other than that, their food is awesome!

The customer service tonight was terrible! The cashier was extremely rude. We told her when we ordered that we had two in our party who were gluten free. We ordered the egg drop soup, not realizing it had a gluten topping. When we brought it up to the cashier that we couldn’t eat it, she snapped that’s not my fault, it’s always made that way, and would not grant the refund the server had offered. Honestly the whole exchange left a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of our dinner. My husband’s soup was also brought out cold. The food quality is good, we have been here other times before, but honestly I can’t get past the horrible service tonight, and will not be back again.

We ordered some food tonight (Christmas Eve). We got home we were extremely disappointed. The coconut shrimp was disgusting and had no taste, the dipping sauce was ok. The gluten free noodles - no taste. The gluten free cashew chicken - no taste! They used the same chicken that’s in the gluten free noodles. The teriyaki chicken was hard and dry and too sweet. I will never eat here again 😞

Pretty nice little spot, fair pricing and quick. Only issue I have with this spot is twice I’ve asked for extra sauce when ordering walnut shrimp. First time they gave me coconut sauce but they made up for it by giving me a credit. A second time, I got it again and asked for extra sauce…yet again I get coconut sauce but with walnuts this time. Like cmon man.

We have eaten here several times and the food is wonderful. Today we went in for dinner and the person taking out order was so rude. it was an hour before they closed and she said we couldn't eat. she wanted us to leave, so asked us f we could get it to go and eat it there and promised to leave by 830 and she said no. We were starving so did order to go. We ate in our car since we were t allowed to stay inside. you lost a good customer . You will be out if business soon .We were not the only ones .
Showed up at 7:45 and was told that we could not eat inside when they close at 8:30. Pictures show open sign while I am eating on my trunk.

My wife and eat weekly at My Kitchen.The food is always fresh and tasty. We have looked for a go to Chinese restaurant in Gilbert area and found one. We eat out at least 4 times a week. We always factor in service. I highly recommend the staff at My Kitchen. Stephanie has been amazing. She treats us very well. Very friendly. Always remembers our order. Always happy. The food here was next to PF Chang’s! The quality is really good and they make everything from scratch, even the sauces. I ordered the chicken lo mein and I highly recommend it! The potstickers were awesome too. They are served in a flat dish sitting in the potsticker sauces so it makes the presentation nice and you’re not fighting for sauce. I will be going back for sure!
