The drinks are consistently different every time we go even when ordering the same thing almost every time. Either they’re watery or melted, or made almost completely with milk rather than fruit (a mango smoothie will appear closer to white than yellow). Along with this, you could be the only customer ordering one smoothie and it will take much longer than you would think all while hearing workers talking up a storm in the back. Not coming back, especially for the price.

The online ordering in the new app is much better than the previous app. It makes it easier to make substitutions to your order as desired. The pickup process for online orders is very easy and makes it a convenient option when you are on the go. Always a pleasure ordering from Nektar.

While I had an amazing experience with the lovely girl that was there, she was the only one working at 7 AM . we come in the morning in order to save us time from our busy days for breakfast and had to wait too long because only one person is making many orders. While I love the food, I most likely will not return in early morning hours due to time constraints. I hope this changes in the future.🙏🏻

Great açaí bowls, but get new lids!!! They sliced me on 2 of my fingers trying to pry this open on the edge because it was stuck on there.

We stopped by Nekter and tried the Tropical Cooler smoothies — and wow, they were incredible! Super refreshing, perfectly blended, and packed with tropical flavor. Honestly, it felt more like a full meal than just a smoothie — satisfying without being heavy.

The ingredients tasted fresh and natural, and there was no overpowering sweetness, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they care about quality here. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place had a clean, modern vibe that made for a relaxing visit.

Definitely coming back — the Tropical Cooler alone is worth the trip!

A consistently delicious bowl or smoothie. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. A spotlessly clean store. A great rewards/points program. And good music to listen to while you wait!

Not all smoothie companies are created equal, and not every Nekter yields the same results. But I love the consistency and kindness of the staff at this location!

This Nékter location is by far the best in the valley. The staff is great, everything is super fresh! I go out of my way to come here!
