“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! “We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

“Theyve got a very busy counter. You can get car insurance quotes, lollipops, support your local soccer team, find an accident attorney and oh yes order food. Good quick asian food we've been to numerous times. Sushi was decent but it's not a sushi restaurant. Portions are generous. Staff is nice“

“This is my favorite thai restaurant in AZ. I order doordash all the time and the food is always delicious, hot, and the portions are huge. Their pad thai is the best, usually order the chicken pad thai and it comes with fried tofu as well. I’ve tried other thai restaurants but none is as good as Smile Thai🤤“

“First time here… I will always recommend someone because my experience may not be theirs. My experience, however, is that the flavor was amiss. I ordered chines sausage fried rice and spicy dumplings. On the flip side of that, the food was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the establishment was serene and clean, and the people were nice. I will give it another shot with a different dish before I completely count it out.“

“I never write reviews but I felt moved to do so this time. Right when I walked in the warm energy here was so welcoming. Jena, was so kind to me and patient with my order. I haven't ordered from Thai Chili To Go before and did not really know how to order. She helped guide my choices, explained what each thing was and it all tasted amazing! But more than that, she was so friendly and kind. It makes me want to go back, next time I will eat inside cause she made me feel so comfortable. When you are dining alone this kind of service is everything. The food especially the Chicken Panang chili was so good, I'm craving it now! I brought some home, everyone enjoyed it! Thai Chili to Go in Chandler has a new regular! Good food & Great Vibes here!

“PK Shabu delivered an amazing experience from start to finish. From picking out fresh vegetables and noodles to choosing beautifully finely sliced meats straight from the butcher shop, everything felt high-quality and thoughtfully done. Adding it all to the broil and selecting our flavors was the best part—I went with curry, my wife chose spicy, and we were both absolutely delighted. Topping it off with the variety of sauces took it to the next level.

What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on us and clearing the table, making the entire meal feel seamless and enjoyable.

“Located inside H Mart at Mesa, this noodle place is great for a quick meal. Fresh noodles and generous portions and quite tasty as well. You order at the counter and wait at the food court table with a beeper. In a short time your food is ready. Great place for a quick informal dining.“

“Literally the best ramen place in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a month. Can't believe this only has a 4 star rating, because the ramen is sooo good and makes this place a 5/5. We love getting the combo and the gyoza is so delicious. Our favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, definitely recommend getting it with pork, which is so tender. I would say I wish they did have a smaller size for the ramen, since it is a large and generous portion.“

“Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. “The food here is delicious! The rice cakes are especially chewy the way they’re supposed to be! I was nervous about the price until I got my food, It was definitely worth the price based on portion and taste! Perfect for sharing. The market gets busy on Saturdays so don’t get discouraged by the crowd.“

“I had the Korean chicken curry here and it was so delicious. It came with a cup of soup and a small container of kimchi daikon. Thankfully, the white rice wasn't mushy. Their presentation is pretty fancy for a food court. I don't know if I'll be back despite it being tasty. For $17 in a food court I expected more side dishes than two slices of daikon.“
