“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! Moved here from Vegas and was mourning the loss of my fav Thai spots and decided to give this place a go bc they had a deal on UberEats. And the food was so freaking good I don’t have enough words. I ordered their red curry and their Thai chicken rolls and they were both so good I felt like I ascended. 10/10 recommend. I will miss this place if I ever go anywhere.“

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

“Theyve got a very busy counter. You can get car insurance quotes, lollipops, support your local soccer team, find an accident attorney and oh yes order food. Good quick asian food we've been to numerous times. Sushi was decent but it's not a sushi restaurant. Portions are generous. Staff is nice“

“We had dinner here and it was amazing, not only is the food amazing but the atmosphere and the owners are so nice, they just make you feel like family!“

“This is one of my favorite places in the world! Top 3 by far. This visit was the first time I had dinner there in person. Every other time, I ordered takeout.

I can, without a doubt, say that their Ramen and Rolls are the best in the Entire Phoenix-Metro area. It is a perfect 10 in my eyes. It is as close to what I have had in Osaka Japan, and you can't get any closer than that.

Please visit this place and show them some love.

PS. I still need them to open a Daruma on the Northwest side of town. That thing would go nuts.“

“Finally I've found a decent Asian restaurant. The food is hot until you finish. You can taste the wok. Good food, good vibe.“

“This place is so awesome. We went there once, just randomly picked a place to eat that had good reviews and looked good. Going back to Phoenix tomorrow and we don’t even want to try something new. “This is my favorite thai restaurant in AZ. I order doordash all the time and the food is always delicious, hot, and the portions are huge. Their pad thai is the best, usually order the chicken pad thai and it comes with fried tofu as well. I’ve tried other thai restaurants but none is as good as Smile Thai🤤“

“First time here… I will always recommend someone because my experience may not be theirs. My experience, however, is that the flavor was amiss. I ordered chines sausage fried rice and spicy dumplings. On the flip side of that, the food was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the establishment was serene and clean, and the people were nice. I will give it another shot with a different dish before I completely count it out.“

Today was my second time here. A friend introduced me to it about a month ago and honestly, its delicious, so i decided to go again. I ordered the same dish- vegetable friend rice with steamed tofu. Got home, took the first bite, so far so good. Took my second bite and found a hair attached to two pieces of rice 🤮 (see pic). I'm actually grossed out and pretty disappointed. I eas totally looking forward to this. How does this even happen when employees should be using hair nets? $14 for something that has now completely turned me off. Please handle this and make sure it doesn't happen again. I really do like the food.“

“I ordered online for takeout from Chada Thai, and was so impressed. The restaurant itself is cute and casual. It was fast (ready earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!“

“Located inside H Mart at Mesa, this noodle place is great for a quick meal. Fresh noodles and generous portions and quite tasty as well. You order at the counter and wait at the food court table with a beeper. In a short time your food is ready. Great place for a quick informal dining.“

“Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. Will definitely be back and hoping she has more help next time.

Their presentation is pretty fancy for a food court. I don't know if I'll be back despite it being tasty. For $17 in a food court I expected more side dishes than two slices of daikon.“

“My husband and I have been coming back to this ramen place multiple times, the truffle ramen is our favorite, we have been wanting to try their other food but whenever we go we cannot not order the truffle ramen lol! The pork bun, california roll and karaage chicken is also really good! They also just changed their system into ordering through a kiosk and we can noticeably tell the service has been faster including serving the food!“
