I had ordered through Uber Eats a while ago and unfortunately when I got my food it was very dry and I wasn’t able to finish it. Uber wasn’t able to compensate me for anything, so I called the store. Luckily I had the pleasure of speaking to Kevin who was able to provide me with a replacement meal at my earliest convenience. He handled everything with such professionalism! They have certainly earned another loyal customer.

Usually the place is amazing the chefs are great. My huge gripe is that CONSISTENTLY when ordering for delivery through the app I either do not get a drink at all, or the drink is completely wrong after leaving specific notes in like 3 separate areas of my order as well as asking to be contacted if drink is unavailable. They don’t contact, just fill it with whatever they want I guess. Two days in a row my drink was incorrect and I was offered no solutions as of yet. Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service!!! Had me wait over 10 minutes because you have to handle online orders is absolutely ridiculous. Being told just a moment multiple times for you to never take my order. I watched multiple orders continuously fly in on your screen as you ignored customers standing in your building waiting to eat in store. Unacceptable on all levels. Never again will you have my business.

i order my daughter a kids butter noodle with grilled chicken- no seasoning and no cheese and steamed broccoli. i had to restrain the broccoli bc it wasn’t soft enough for her and she couldn’t have the chicken bc they did in fact season the chicken and put cheese on it. i also ordered the roasted garlic tortellini for myself and half of it was ice cold. i’ve never had an issue at noodle and co except this location.

Haven’t been here since they revamped the menu. Food was super good and fresh. Kevin, the manager was awesome and took excellent care of us. Went out of his way to be personable and make sure we got excellent service. We will definitely be going back soon!

This place has to be the most terribly ran location. Long wait, very odd and unprofessional person at the register. This poor girl did zero to greet, had zero communication about ordering and to top it off after waiting 25 minutes she brought the food to the table and so graciously nearly tossed it off the tray onto the table. Literally tossed it almost in anger
All to sad the food was cold which says alot when you have to wait 25 minutes for them to cook it
Absolutely horrendous take on a cafeteria mac and cheese. Not a hint of warmth to the sauce. Almost impressive how they could get it cold, not like cold food but cold like it was scooped out of the refrigerator

The restaurant was very clean! The atmosphere reminded me of when I first started 20 years ago, but elevated. At first I was disappointed to see penne rosa gone. I used to order penne Rosa, substitute penne for cavatappi. I ordered the Rigatoni Rosa and sub the noodles to cavatappi and instantly my childhood came rushing back. It tastes just as I remembered when I worked there as my first job in 2005. Rosie was super sweet and very attentive. She was correcting and reminding the cooks for the correct portions, all while completely taking command of the front end. She was absolutely amazing. I love, love, love Noodles and Co and it brought me so much joy to see that it has changed in a good way as far as the menu and the service has remained top tier. People are quick to complain, and slow to appreciate. I really hope this restaurant keeps up the good work. Thank you Rosie, you made my day!
