Last night my husband and I tried Noodles and Co. for the first time. We ordered our food and sat down. We were not given a number or receipt. A server found us about 5 min later and delivered my food to me. She said they were just about finished with my husband's and she would get it right out to us. We dove into conversation while we waited. 15 min later, I decide I've had enough. I went to the counter to ask. They had completely forgotten about us. The server and the cook are trying to communicate with as few words as they can since I'm standing there. They never admit they forgot they just throw it together. They, now, have no grilled chicken like he ordered so they ask if they can add Parmesan chicken instead. At this point, anything edible would be fine. My food was now cold but we ate and left. We won't be back.

This place is definitely slept on. I wasn't aware of all the options they had as well as a low carb Options.. Mac and cheese and several proteins. It was a little hard to find but well worth it.

My 16 year old step son told his mother that he wanted to try “noodles” So she had to take her baby boy son to get some noodles. We were in the car and she was searching and searching searching for a restaurant that serves noodles and she couldn’t make a decision. So when I saw noodles and Company, I suggested that we go there so we get there and the food was OK but my wife thought it sucked so she tells me that we should’ve went to a Japanese restaurant, so I said why didn’t we go to a Japanese restaurant and she said because I wanted to come here. It’s not like I put a gun to her head and told her to come to this place. Women are so silly sometimes anyway if you’re looking for noodles, this place, ain’t that place to go try a Japanese restaurant like my wife wanted to go to in the first place. This place is Panda Express for noodles. Plus the noodles gave me and my wife gas!

Order only two dishes and some potstickers. Took over a half hour for the food. One dish was half cold and the other tasted terrible. Got the potstickers afterthe dishes instead of before. Very disappointed.

The food was great! They were super slooooooew though! Lots of customers staring at their phones and looking upset. I'm also surprised these days that they ask for the tip before you get the subpar service. The tables were dirty and not one was cleaned the whole hour or so that we were there. Customers had to clean off tables with napkins and treat them basically like picnic tables out in the woods. That all being said ... the food was actually very good ... and if not for the other concerns I'd probably give them a 4 or 5 overall.

Products from this place have gone downhill in the past few years I consistently came here to get pesto cavatappi and I think the problem is the pesto has just gotten so watered down and the chicken is absolutely flavorless. I don't think I'll be returning to
