Aimrii and Shelby were AMAZING! Their customer service was easily the best we have had at any restaurant. Attention to detail, they love kids and overall were so kind. They deserve to be praised! If you want to have a great day go see those ladies!

Pizza was decent but this place is horribly managed. I ordered a pizza online for pick up. It said to pick up in 30 minutes. I got there 10 minutes past the pick up time. When I got there the lady at the counter completely ignored me for about 5 minutes before acknowledging I was there and asking if I needed help. She told me pizza is not ready and it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. We'll that 10-15 minutes was actually 30 minutes. Wouldn't come back. They don't care about customers. Total of 1 hrs 10 minute wait time when it was supposed to be 30 minutes.

Waited for 10 minutes but no one took our order. Table came in after us and they were waited on and it wasn't busy. We left.
We love everything about NYPD Pizza. This was our first time visiting this location in Gilbert. The restaurant was clean, service was great and food as always was great as well. We always start with the garlic knots and then we get a pizza. It’s pretty good pizza for when we are missing the real deal NY pizza. The crust here on their pizza is very good. Would definitely return to this location.

Our first experience at this establishment was unacceptable and there needs to be change for there to be any chance for me and my family to come back. When we got our wings it seemed like they just put the sauce over the wings rather than mixing the wings and sauce together properly. The main issue i had was with the fact that there was no flavor with the pizza at all, almost like you had covid again. I am not 100% sure but it also seemed like the toppings on the pizza were also frozen before being put into the oven. We had good service and the workers were polite but that doesn't excuse the poor food we ate. I am not writing this out of anger but rather to help them improve so others have a better first experience than I did

I took our memory care residents here for lunch. The miniute we all walked in we were greated and seated with friendly smiles by all the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel special. I've been to many restaurants and I was blown away with the kindness and respect the staff and management showed our residents. Thank you so much for an amazing lunch. We truly appreciate all that you did for us!

They've gotten worse and worse over 3 years, my review was 5 stars but it seems they no longer deserve it. $22 for a 1 topping medium pizza that had 13 pepperoni on it! What a rip off.

Charged an up charge for tomatoes that come standard on a house salad. Pizza had to be remade. Sever kept switching with another. Overall strike 5 I'm done
