Great service
Used to enjoy this place. Still like the brews but not anxious to eat here anymore. A friend and I were out in the patio area and ordered a couple of bacon burgers. The bacon on both burgers looked like it was barely cooked. I showed it to the bartender and just got a shrug of the shoulders. We ate the burgers without the bacon. No plans to eat there again.
Horrible customer service. Bartenders did not attend to me for 10+ minutes. It was not busy. I guess they pick and choose who they serve I will never waste another dollar here.
Odd behavior from the staff. My "type" isn't allowed at their bars. Not sure what my "type" means but I ain't socially unaware. I know when people use double meanings to sneak diss. My type? I wonder if they meant as in Mexicans ain't allowed there. Oh they are just gonna retrain the manager that said it to me. Man I over the city of Gilbert and Arizona. All I've ever dealt since I was a dam kid was racist sly remarks. Only reason why I ever get buck with people cause normally I just don't care but nah man I don't play around with race politics. And I am definitely not the one to play with. Ya'll have no idea who you pissed off.
They have a few vegan options. It is Ok
OHSO is great for large groups and very family friendly. We enjoyed the table tennis while waiting to be seated. The dog friendly patio is so fun.
Fun atmosphere and great American food. Dog friendly too!
Pet-friendly establishment offering high-quality cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.
We always have so much fun here.
Delicious taco; fantastic bloody mary

My fave spot in downtown Gilbert! I absolutely love how dog and family friendly it is. We visit here regularly with our kids, our pup or just on date nights. They have amazing cocktails and make their own beers and spirits. Their happy hour specials are so affordable, tons of tasty cheap eats and drinks on special. It’s a great place to watch games and they have movie nights in “the park” area. My only complaint is they don’t have Sunday ticket during football season and we often end up leaving to go elsewhere to see our favorite teams play.
Came here with our baseball team. Staff clearly does not like children here and they were very rude.
Reply to outrageous reply:
1. Nobody got into a fight and nobody left with a black eye, completely made up. Kids were rough housing with each other.
2. An arcade game was already broken, our kids did not break it. The glass was from this game and nobody was running around with it. Maybe make sure the FREE arcade game isn't a dangerous environment for children. We told them they can pull up video camera footage if they did not belive us and they threatened to call the police.
3. The one parent that addressed the staff was cut off and she had just arrived there and hadn't drank anything. A pure deflection of not handling customer service properly and passing blame on the customer.
This response is an absolute lack of responsibility and placing blame on patrons instead of acknowledging the lack handling a situation at a very busy location. We had 40+ people at your location and spent plenty of money. This location is an absolute embarrassment.
Not a good visit this time. My friend and I each ordered the PBJ burger. They brought mine out but not hers. We waiting almost 15 min for hers. The peanut butter sauce was horrible. Tasted like old peanuts. Not sure where the jelly was. The fried onions on top were greasy and tasted greasy. The tortilla chicken soup was very bland. Our waitress disappeared. I had to get up three times to go to the kitchen area to get someone’s attention. Just not good guys.
Love the food but if you’re gay/not wearing makeup request another server. our server brock mustve been homophobic because he tended to every table around us/next to us except for me and my friend who were wearing no makeup and casual clothing. Multiple times he looked at us and walked past us without acknowledging our table but tended to tables directly next to us. We asked to split the check which he didnt do directly after us asking. we had to ask another server for silverware and napkins which we got after our food was sitting in front of us for 10 minutes. We also didnt get water and had to ask for it after our food. I didnt get my lemonade which i couldnt even ask for because we only saw our server when he was tending to someone else and when we were checking out. Genuinely the worst service ive had all year i wish i had pressed no tip instead of 18%.
Came on a Saturday night at 9pm and it was full of children. It’s not OHSO’s fault per se but I shouldn’t have to be whacked in the head by a ping pong ball from some tween playing like a tool bag while his mom defends him and says “he’s just a kid” It’s a brewery with alcohol and a band well past normal “family” hours and they should consider enacting an 18+ rule at minimum past 9pm. Typical Gilbert - just not a great vibe if you want an adult night out.
