O.H.S.O. Brewery- Gilbert

I've heard great things about this location, so we were excited to bring our dogs on the nearly hour-long trek. There is a dog park here but in all honesty, many Love's parking lots have bigger setups for dogs. We were only in the park for a few minutes because it was stinky (that sulfury AZ smell). There were a lot of people working but no one was overly helpful. You need to scan a QR code in order to view the menu & on an iPhone, nothing is separated into categories so it's cumbersome to view. They didn't want to give us a menu to take to the patio. I couldn't request water online & they were not overly excited to give us ice for the waters I got myself from the dog watering hole. The only time we saw a server was to bring the food out; no follow up. Menu says Bloody Marys come with a homemade beefstick but ours came with a stick of celery & a green olive. Food was ok but not the OHSO quality I've grown to expect. Ordered turkey for the dogs, which was literally a plate of cold cuts. I will say they did enjoy the turkey & the doggy cookies. A portion of our food order got missed placing it through the online order. The person who brought our food said he'd check on it & we never saw him again. Your loss, OHSO! We also would have probably had more drinks of someone had checked on us. One busboy was visibly upset because a family left a table & the surrounding floor messy & we watched him him have a fit, leaving the broom & dustpan sitting in the aisle. We definitely will not return to this OHSO when there are so many other options in the vicinity.

Great beer selection with several bars and great outdoor seating. They also had a band at least on Saturday night when I was there.

Donut Dayz! This place had great food and some good beer. Highly recommend the outdoor seating and all of the staff were great..

Loved it great place to hang out. Just bring your checkbook. Just a margaritas $12 so just be warned. First time I ever paid $15 for a drink in a plastic cup.

⭐ – Disrespectful service and zero follow-through

We spent around $300 here and expected at least baseline courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience went the opposite direction.

During our visit, my wife was treated dismissively by staff, and when issues came up there was no effort from management to make things right. That alone would’ve been disappointing.

What really pushed this over the line was what happened after. We called to see if we had left behind a sweater and a pair of glasses. Instead of a simple “let us check,” the call was cut off — and subsequent attempts to reach someone were ignored.

Hospitality is about how you treat people, especially when something goes wrong. Hanging up on customers who are trying to recover lost personal items shows a lack of professionalism and accountability.

I don’t mind spending money when a place stands behind its service. This wasn’t that.

Always overcooked. I really like this place, the most amazing patio in the E. Valley. Their beer is always cold and refreshing and the food flavors are always there. 3/5 stars because no matter how many times I go there they ALWAYS overcook the burger. They ask you how you want it cooked, but it is always well done and dried out, and we usually send it back. Yeah, they make it right and it tastes great. I'd say out of the last 10 burgers we've ordered there (including kids) at least 8 were super dry. Kudos for consistency I suppose...

Otherwise I love this place, as do the kids. We used to go 2x month but they also removed the Asian Chicken Salad so now we probably go 3 or 4 times/year.

server was great! i liked the atmosphere and the drinks, plus the steak fries are always really really good. dessert was also bomb (we got mini churros and caramel apple pie — to die for!). unfortunately the carne asada taco entree was laughably chaotic and insane 😭 they basically make you build the tacos yourself, which i wouldn’t have been that mad about if the corn tortillas didn’t completely stick together and just become one wet slimy piece that fell apart. there’s oil all over the plate and it gets all over you when you try to unwrap the tortilla from the tinfoil. and for there to not even be that much meat… the restaurant was packed, maybe my food died in the window or something, but it’s a kitchen/food running timing issue for sure. if that item can’t withstand long ticket times without dying in the window it should be taken off the menu.

Love the atmosphere and food and drink.

They messed up 2 of the 3 items we ordered. 1 was an allergy that the waitress was aware of.

Scan & pay system could use work. I waited 50 mins for a sandwich.
