These pies are next level. We grabbed two savory pies (cottage and chicken bacon ranch) and a sampler pie. Everything is amazing. I could not pick a favorite. The crust is perfect.

The only stand I will ALWAYS stop at when I’m at the farmers market. They’re amazing in both the product and the service. They’re always so friendly and will take custom orders and whatnot. And the pies are soooooo good! I love having a sampler of mini pies but I also love getting their bigger pies when I’m having guests over. Their smaller single pies are also a great size for a couple people to share. And the flavors are so fun!

I had the pecan pie and the cherry pie. The pecan pie was very good. The cherry pie was outstanding. It was kinda like a cherry bran muffin. It was not what I was expecting but it is the pie I never knew I needed in my life.
Husband had the mixed berry and he told me I can buy from there again so that means it got his seal of approval.

I bought the mini pie set at the farmers market in Gilbert and oh my goodness best pie we’ve ever had!!! I can’t wait to try more. The flavors and crust are literal perfection!

Worst pie ever. I paid $50 and waited 1-1/2 hours for something totally not worth the money. The filling was marginal and the crust awful. Dry and tough. Please people don’t waste your money Costco or even Marie Calendars at Safeway is much better for a fraction of the cost. -5 stars for me.

I received a Coconut Cream Pie.....Let me just say I've had pies from many , and I mean many bakeries....But when I took one bite of this pie!!! I could not believe what I was eating!!! It had that perfect sweetness that complimented every part of the pie...THE CRUST!!!! What's in that crust!!! It was NOT your ordinary pie type shell .....this crust was phenomenal!!! The custard was light almost billowy that had sweet soft coconut folded in.....and if that just wasn't enough it was topped with real Whipping cream...... If I could rate it a 10 I would!!! They are located at the Gilbert Farmers market!!!

These are the best pies I've ever encountered in my life! I'm not even a pie person but these have made me think differently lol. The pecan pie is to die for, and every specialty pie is absolutely delightful! If you get a chance to stop by their shop at the Gilbert Farmers Market you would not regret your purchase! Great customer service as well.

I bought a pecan pie from 'One More Bite' at the Vertuccio farm for my father. I brought it home to him and he was ecstatic, immediately he opens it and cuts a slice to eat. Halfway through the piece I hear him gag...there was a 7" long hair baked into this pie. Absolutely disgusting, this obviously was an accident but it is extremely disappointing. This is a $25 local pie, made from scratch Bla Bla Bla. See if I buy from here ever again, this type of laziness is horrendous.

I can't even remember when we started buying pies from One More Bite Bakery at the Gilbert Farmers Market but once we did, we never went to any other pie lady. It has been become a family treat. My mother buys from her almost once a month and if my husband and I go to the Farmer's Market, we cannot pass by without buying a pie. We love Jessica's attitude and love for baking and obviously love her baked goods. We even hired her to make our wedding cake and it was the most spectacular cake! My husband loves German chocolate and I don't care for it too much cause I'm not normally a fan of coconut but I couldn't even deny it because her bakes are just so good! I ate every bite of my German Chocolate cake slice and loved it! So easy to work with, so kind, and never been disappointed! 11 out of 10 stars.
