I use a product called Blackout for sleep that is sold here. I had bought lots of times over the past year or so. I bought 2 the week of 9/29/25. We opened it up the 2nd one on 10/29/25 and it tasted off. We looked at the bottom of the jar for expiration date and found that it had expired in August of 2025. On 10/30/25 I drove the jar down there and asked for a replacement. The employee stated that they don't accept opened product back. (as if they'd put an expired product back on the shelf!)
I argued a little with him since this was ridiculous, but he wouldn't budge. I told him I'd be writing bad reviews and he said that he didn't care because he's not the owner.
I thought everyone should know that this is a business that doesn't do the right thing.
Drove out of my way after work to get a shake as the location near my house would be closed by the time I made it. The door was locked at 7:47 PM with a team member inside and no customers in sight. I will not make the mistake of going to this location again
This is the second time in two weeks I’ve come here after my morning workout and they’re closed. It says they’re open at 6:30am on Google and also on their door, yet, it’s 6:45am and no one is here?

Terrible customer service absolutely worthless. When you buy a gift card and then they can't get it to work, but they have no real way to correct it, send you away, empty handed and irritated. I will just return the card and I can make my own shakes.And I also won't overpay for supplements
I've been coming to One Stop for about 15 years and the young lady that works in morning at this location makes the best protein shakes I've ever had. She is an absolute shake master.
I swear no one except the one gentleman that works here at this time knows how to make good shakes. I’ve been here 3 times, and to many other locations and I only come back here cause the quality was better. But anytime someone makes it besides him it’s so chalky, too artificially sweet, or watery/too thick.
