I buy one bcaa in this store (unflavored) but the taste is like a bad medicine. I just try exchanging for another flavor. For my surprise the attendant just tell me is open I can’t do nothing. If I don’t like a product I have the right to exchange but this shop they no respect at all. My advice don’t come this store.

Good morning One-Stoppers!I can agree with everyone about the horrible customer service. Ever since Patrick the manager left the customer service has gone down hill fast at this Warner location.He was so great on hiring and welcoming everyone into the store right away!He was like the first face you seen and he always hired great people. Ever since he left I decided to even leave the gym next to this One-Stop location!Thanks for all you did!

Stopped by this shop yesterday afternoon on the way home looking for a shake. I had never been there before but the man behind the counter was super helpful to walk me through the process and even gave me an awesome recommendation. Great customer service!

Stopped by today 1/14/23 to grab a shake for me and my fiancé. Shakes were decent but the kids behind the counter had some of the worst customer service. No how are you, no response back when I said thank you, they literally just turned their backs. No respect or common courtesy. If I were manager I’d make sure to correct this because it will lead to customers not returning. I’m sure the owner of this location will not be happy with that.

Normally the crew here is quick and great! Today (1/21) however there was a new guy obviously having a bad day. (6'2 in his 20's tall light eyes brown hair)I get people are allowed to have bad days, I work in customer service too and consider myself a super understanding customer. However when I asking him how it was going he rolled his eyes and looked at the other two girls working as if it was their fault. He kept making degrading comments to the women in the shop (you don't do it that way, are you serious I have to do these dishes now, rolling his eyes at them, acting as if they were in the way when the space behind the counter is 3' max)The whole store had 6 customers and every single customer was visibly uncomfortable. As a fellow customer service manager I would want to know this information, so I'm hoping the franchisee or manager sees this and addresses this for the poor girls who have hours more working with his poor attitude. I left without ordering after waiting uncomfortably for 7 minutes and feeling like a bother. 3 stars for great past experiences.

Very sad loyal customer, first time in years I've had pour service. Went in yesterday to get my shake and it tasted off, chucked it up to training. Gave it to the manager she doctored up the shake pouring it back into a blender vs remaking it. First sip it appeared to be better so I left. On my drive the second and third it got worse. It tasted as if the blender has been reused. Plus there was a weird burning after taste. I saved the shake thinking hey they have amazing customer service they'll make it right. Nope rejected from the jump. I even brought the shake in where you could clearly see it was barley touched. The guy who welcomed me want friendly at all I had to pretty much beg for him to reach out to his Manager..she being the one who dr my shake rejected me again. So moral of the story is ask them to remake it and remain there for sips two and three. As for me I won't be back.

I love one stop but this store is terrible. A few months ago I went and ended up throwing both my shakes away as they tasted like medicine. Went back there today as I did not have time to drive out to the San tan store or the one on Alma but I massively regretted it. Again threw out both my shakes because they tasted nothing like what they have. Huge waste of money. No one here knows how to make shakes and they are the least friendly of any store I've been to. Drive the extra few miles and go to a different one stop.

I stopped in to get pre workout. I got a bottle of C4 like I always do. When I went to workout, I opened it up and it was hard as a brick. I went back to the store and the employee working went to the back called the owner. She came back out and told me that since the C4 was opened they could not take it back. They could clearly see that the product was hard and I had my original receipt. They told me to reach out to the manufacturer (who did not respond either). I asked for the owner to call me. This was over two months ago and I have not received a call or email. I guess you need to open all your products in the store in front of the employees.
