We had a long wait; expected with a big party on a Friday night. The part that was a real bummer is that we were put in the Kaboom room. Quiet, away from the main restaurant until a large 18 person Bachlorette party came in and turned a peaceful dinner into an anxious, overly loud, annoyance. It was a small room that just seemed to echo with their voices. We had to yell just to hear someone sitting right next to us.Other than that, our server was amazing. The food was good. Changed from the last I was there and didn't taste the same, but still good. Manager was apologetic about the wait - which again, not their fault.Def still a favorite to visit!
We are fans of Oregano's however the service received on this visit left a lot to be desired. She was very low energy, and not a lot of personality. After taking our order, took awhile to get our drinks to us. we ordered one pasta dish to share and garlic bread. She brought the garlic bread as an appetizer and not with the pasta. We overlooked it and didn't say anything. Once she brough our food, she never came back to the table to check on us. We had to request a second plate even though she knew we were sharing the pasta. It took her forever to bring the second plate back and we had eaten almost half the plate sharing because we didn't want it to get cold. I had to flag her down for our check. Honestly, due to sitting on the porch, if I was dishonest, I could have gotten up and left. I didn't do that for obvious reasons however the service was that slow. I will not hold it against Oregano's and will visit again however I will remember this server.

We visited twice last week. Sat outside the first time and it's a great atmosphere. Service was awesome and food came really fast.The second visit we sat at the bar and the bartenders are outstanding! Very friendly and attentive.The food was exceptional both visits. Highly recommend the Stuffed Riga Tony!!We'll definitely be back for great food, service, and atmosphere.

Ummm, not sure the best way to write this review. They have a very enticing menu; a lot of dishes look like they have great potential, but unfortunately, the night we went, it was all pretty blah! Additionally, the service was also pretty mediocre. Friday evening dinner around 6 pm downtown Gilbert, wait for a table for 4 was just about 5-10 minutes. Initial glasses of water came fairly quickly, and then it went mostly downhill. Drink refills had to be requested several times, and even then, it was slow. All 4 of us looked at the menu thoroughly, decided what we wanted and laid our folded menu on the table, and still had to flag down our server to order. Food took quite a while to come out, and when it finally did, 2 of the dished were cold, and one of them came out wrong. The server did notice it was wrong, but by then, we were all so disappointed we just wanted to eat and leave. Oh yea, 3 came out with bread, and one didn't? All the dishes had plenty of food, it just wasn't that good. My Shrimp Caprese had half a dozen nice sized shrimp but zero flavor.It's possible, I'd give them another shot to try some of their pizza, but not on Friday evening - too many other great choices in that area.
