We used to go here a lot. Been a few years…felt like it got old and tired. Still looks the same but felt more lively with a full house. The steaks were done perfectly. We wish the blue-cheese crumble had more blue cheese. Lobster was shockingly perfectly prepared Wedge salad is still the best around The onion soup was fantastic so good on a rainy days. Was a great experience and well put it back on the rotation.

I have a 5 star review for the Outback on McKellips, and I’ve had great experiences with the one in Glendale also. But, with this location, I have been 3 times and all 3 times they messed something up with my order and one time they double charged me also. Now, they did get the double charge straightened out eventually, on the 2nd order I got a credit for an item missed and the 3rd time I found the mistake before even driving off so was able to go back in and get what they missed. But they are currently shooting 3/3 100% messing up every order I’ve ever gotten from there. Pretty impressive in a painful way.
Also, while it is a nitpick I’m going to throw it in - this is the only location I’ve gone to that does not come out to your vehicle for curb side delivery. Every parking spot has a sign that says “wait in your car, we will come out to you.” And all other Outbacks have. But not here. The 3 times I got curbside delivery never once have I seen an employee doing it. Everyone just gets tired of waiting and eventually just goes in to pick it up. Again, not the biggest deal, but it is what I consider to be another sign they don’t see customer service or getting things right as their top priority
