I came in about 45 minutes before closing for some teriyaki chicken, my Panda go-to. The guy in front of me wanted a double order but there was only one serving left so I told them I was gonna get a large order of it. Apparently they already cleaned the grill and didn’t want to make more. If you are open until 10pm, you should still be serving full menu until 10pm.

Came here about a week ago. Went there randomnly with a family member from NYC who has never gone to a Panda. She was surprised at how good it was (specially she ordered the orange chicken and cream cheese ragoons). Bree and Natalie were very accommodating when I made special orders, especially towards my senior mother in law. They are fantastic. This review is long overdue and I meant to write this 2 weeks ago.

Been coming here for years. Wife and I go to when we can’t figure out lunch. But today was very different . We both got different items yet the result seems to be the same. The food did taste a little off. Both of us for the rest of the day were nauseous, throwing up or diarrhea. Now we are very skeptical of eating here again

The manager today was yelling at an employee being very disrespectful to that lady and me while I was ordering food, I believe her name was Eda, extremely rude
This was supposed to be a two entree plate. It's missing an entree entirely and the one that is there is tiny. I had to drive back there and the store manager, Eda (who by the way was proudly supporting a very visible hickey on her neck), was extremely rude and defensive, saying her portion sizes were correct. She fixed the missing portion but refused to do anything to make it up to me or even increase the tiny portion sizes, even after already messing up and making me drive all the way back to the store just to add the extra $3 portion I had paid for. I've eaten at panda many times and never complained and these were the smallest entree portions I've ever received. It was gross seeing a store manager act so rudely and be so physically unkept. Been eating at pandas across the country for over a decade and will not be going back to this panda as long as Eda the manager is working there. I'm disgusted being treated that way from a business. Do not bring your family here if you don't want them to be treated rudely and poorly

7:33pm mark I watched the cook scrape down the grill where the chicken was cooking then proceeded to use the spatula and scraper to push down black grease, food and debris. Then as it was still soiled, flipped the chicken with the spatula! EWWWW THEY WERE OUT OF 40% OF THE FOOD. I can not return, to this location any longer.

American Oriental food. The Mushroom Chicken is great. Fried rice is not overly dry. Chicken egg roll is not greasy and is very flavorful.
