Walked into an empty restaurant where I had to patiently wait for Evelyn to finish packing DoorDash orders, and couldn’t be bothered to greet us because she was listening to music with her AirPod. No smile nothing. Gave the absolute smallest portions possible, as slowly as possible once she had carefully boxed the DoorDash order in front of us silently. Abysmal, I should have just left. I saw they are hiring for $28, she must really deserve those wages amazing waste of company money right there.

Evelyn was amazing! Fast, friendly, and she asked if I needed anything else. She even offered me water. Where do you go nowadays where someone asks you that. She’s five stars. I will come back.

I’ve been to this panda many times with no problems but today I ordered from DoorDash and received my orange chicken - tiny pieces absolutely hard as a rock and with virtually no meat inside… whoever was cooking today 01/08 at about 10:00 am… needs to be retrained. I actually started laughing as I tried to eat it because who in their right mind would give this to a customer?! 🤣

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I went in there and they were not friendly whatsoever, just a bunch of kids behind the counter with little customer service. But that's not my problem. My problem comes in when I bite into my orange chicken and hear a crunch. When I saw what I ate I threw up for half an hour. I'm honestly thinking of suing. I expect to be refunded for my meal asap, and will change my review once done.

Not only are they racist in hiring practices, it's also their portion sizes! You watch them overfill the plates of people with the same race and then other races way less. I'm sure it's to keep food cost even. This has been on multiple instances at this location. She proceeded to tell me those were their portion sizes, I said I'm familiar with Panda they specifically train on "heaping portions" she then rolled her eyes, added like 3 pieces more and said very condescending, you can talk to my manager if you want!

I think they hire homeless to prepare the food with no knowledge of cooking. You can get better Chinese food in the dumpster behind a good Chinese restaurant.

the cashier was very rude. showed no compassion what so ever and was yelling at me n my family because we wanted to ask for an extra egg roll n she refused because she claimed she already asked us and we said “no”. anywho do what u must with this fire her.
