I like the drive thru. Not many Panda Express have them. When you do go inside though it seems like drive thru gets more attention than in-store customers.

This location always gets something wrong with our orders. Idk why they are so stingy with the sauces, it doesn’t matter if you ask for it- it is rarely actually given.

I pulled up at 8:50 PM. 40 minutes before closing. Just to be told they were out of orange chicken and wouldn’t be making any more. I understand places may run low near closing, but I’ve been to other Panda Express locations where they at least offer to make a fresh batch, even if there’s a short wait. For the staff to flat-out refuse and not even try was lazy and really frustrating. If you’re open until 9:30, customers should still be able to order signature menu items until then. Won’t be returning to this location.

I tried to get dinner in the dining room because the sign said closed at 10:30pm. I arrived at 9:37pm and the doors were locked…. There was literally no one in the drive-thru, parking lot, or the dinning room. I walked up and tried to open the doors for them to be locked. 3 people working there didn’t even acknowledge that we were there!! Finally, because I pulled the door and it made a sound they looked up and pointed to do the drive thru. That’s ridiculous. See the time I took the picture and the sign that says 10:30 on Friday for dine in.

I went to this location because it had good reviews and I was so disappointed. I have never had to ask for soy sauce or Sriracha when you’re ordering a family meal but they didn’t have anything in there. I even donated to whatever charity they’re supporting and they still couldn’t get it right. Highly disappointing I don’t know what it is but it seems like the panda expresses in the East Valley just suck.

I have come several occasions and in this last one the staff seems that they got up badly especially this person who did not go to the customer service course too unfriendly and rude

How can one have Teriyaki Chicken without teriaki sauce? We specifically requested extra sauce, very sad because the chicken was fully cooked, juicy and tender. Would have given higher rating but for the absence of sauce.
