I just had the pleasure of experiencing a visit that was beyond delightful, all thanks to Josh! Honestly, if there were a “Customer Service Superhero” award, he’d be at the top of the list!
As soon as I arrived, I spotted him dashing outside like a true champion, returning a forgotten item to a customer. I mean, who doesn’t love a hero who saves the day? Then, he greeted me with a smile that could probably light up a whole city! 😄
But his charm didn’t stop there—he seamlessly jumped in to assist a staff member while still making sure my visit was going smoothly. Talk about multitasking! It’s clear he’s not just a great leader but also a genuinely kind-hearted person who cares about everyone around him.
I left with a smile (and maybe a bit of a crush on the friendly face behind the counter), seek out Josh. He’s the kind of person who makes an ordinary visit extraordinary! Thanks, Josh, for making my day brighter!

I eat here A LOT. They always get the order correct. If you want crispy Panda Express this is THE location to go to! 10/10

I like the drive thru. Not many Panda Express have them. When you do go inside though it seems like drive thru gets more attention than in-store customers.

I pulled up at 8:50 PM. 40 minutes before closing. Just to be told they were out of orange chicken and wouldn’t be making any more. I understand places may run low near closing, but I’ve been to other Panda Express locations where they at least offer to make a fresh batch, even if there’s a short wait. For the staff to flat-out refuse and not even try was lazy and really frustrating. If you’re open until 9:30, customers should still be able to order signature menu items until then. Won’t be returning to this location.
