I’ve never left a Google review before, but I had to create a Gmail account just to shout out this employee. We were helped by Xen at Panda Express, and he gave us such an amazing experience.
Before I even placed my order, Xen let me know what was and wasn’t available on the menu. He had such a positive, wholesome energy — something you rarely see, especially late at night. Most workers are understandably tired after a long shift, but Xen was upbeat, respectful, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
As a first-time customer at Panda Express, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location especially. I just wanted to give recognition to Xen for his outstanding customer service. He’s a great representation of what good hospitality looks like. God bless him!
Also, if you're wondering about the food quality — it was a 10/10. The rice was hot, the chicken was perfectly cooked (nothing overcooked or undercooked), and everything tasted fresh. Great location all around!

I showed up tonight with more than an hour and a half before closing, they were out of half the menu. Not just a few things, literally half. When I asked if I could just wait while they made more , they argued that I shouldn’t. “If I were you, I wouldn’t wait.” Seriously?
It felt like they were just done for the night. I ended up leaving and had to go somewhere else.

I ordered a beef broccoli bowl with rice for $10 only 3 very small scraps of beef came with it. I feel robbed, never again, no wonder the drive thru had no line at 6:30 pm

Yesterday, I ordered a plate with two sides through mobile order pickup. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my meal, I realized that only one of the sides I ordered was included. I was very hungry and didn’t want to go back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, so I just ate the meal as it was.
