Yesterday, I ordered a plate with two sides through mobile order pickup. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my meal, I realized that only one of the sides I ordered was included. I was very hungry and didn’t want to go back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, so I just ate the meal as it was.

You know for being Panda Express, I don’t expect the sun, moon, and the stars but I ordered a plate and got a bowl worthy amount of food. Thanks for forgetting my grilled teriyaki chicken… :( I ordered it to go so I didn’t check until I got home… sad day. Also, putting rice under the chicken to make it look more full on my wife’s plate, c’mon panda, you are better than that. Should my fast food reviews be based on if I get all my food or not? Anyway, I guess i’ll go somewhere else to get my grilled teriyaki chicken.

Xen went above and beyond for us because we waited in the drive thru for a while. He was super kind and offered us a free appetizer! We definitely will be back.

Never thought I would rate a Panda Express, much less after a drive thru order, but here we are! Javier H exemplified outstanding customer service throughout our interaction. I drove away without grabbing my drink, and he chased my car to the stop sign outside the restaurant with my drink in his hand. Absolute legend, thanks Javier!

Have to say that tonight was the worst experience that we have had at this location Panda has smaller containers and the portions were ridiculous but the price was higher for less food the rice was hard and so was the noodles orange chicken was over cooked what a waste of money tonight.

I rarely rate fast foot but this store stood out. They welcome you when you enter. Amazing service throughout. Restaurant was clean and running smoothly. The manager here is doing great

Workers are friendly but I was shocked that no one was wearing gloves. Literally no one even the people handling the plating weren’t wearing gloves. The cashier kept touching the plate and opening to check what I have ordered- possibly contaminating the food.

Just got back from picking up a family meal through the drive through. Once home, we opened the containers. ? Our favorite, Beijing Beef, was only half full! Dang! Do I really have to check all of the containers on site? Shame on you, Panda employee. (The other containers were filled.)
