We in just to find out most of the regular items were out. No sweet n sour chicken, and no spring rolls. Staff didn't really seem to care and was like you can order or not so not worked for me. There is no reason to be rude

Agree with another reviewer. Check your order. I ordered a big plate and got 3/4 plate rice with 3 tiny portions of entrees. I asked for supergreens and got tough chewy broccoli. Paid $14 and it was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in awhile.

Gus, the manager, was no help and did not offer a resolution. I ask for a refund or to remake my food. He refused to do either. Did less than the bare minimum. Wasn't asking for the stars, which is why I only give this place 1. Will take my business somewhere else from now on.

A bunch of retards work here. Can't take an order correctly, took 20 minutes for the cashier to scan a giftcard, then screams at me for taking a cup when I had ordered a drink so I had to prove it by showing my receipt. They all look and act like they hate their lives there

Family stopped for a quick late dinner. Grandkids got their favorite orange chicken and I had the Beagin beef. Everything was good and it did the job of a quick, healthy late night meal.

Just adding to the other posts here talking about how bad the service is. This is with particular reference to who you get at the drive-thru window. Alex, who was working there, had us repeat our order to him about 5 times. As if we didn't make it clear what we wanted at the box. That would be no issue if he wasn't as condescending as he was to us about our order. He looked like he had no idea what was going on and was blaming it on us. Completely unfriendly and honestly this must represent how the whole establishment would like to treat their guests.
