Horrible customer service. Will never go there again. They messed up my order. I called and spoke to Katie who is supposed to be the manager. She started arguing with me and asked me to count the number of shrimp left on the plate and how many I ate. You both screwed up my order and my dinner experience.

Recently ordered bowl and plate from this store via uber eats. Order arrived with Not properly cooked fried rice and very old chicken.

I was shocked at how kind the staff were less than an hour before closing. Abi asked us how we’re doing (and seemed like she actually meant it), and when I asked if they had any shrimp left, I planned to say it was fine if they didn’t. Abi immediately politely asked another staff member to make fresh shrimp just for us, and the staff was talking and joking around while they prepared the food and had good vibes all around. I honestly never expected such a pleasant experience at a Panda Express, but especially not so close to closing. Thank you guys!!
