I love Panera, but this one has been the worst one I’ve ever been to! On 11/17 I arrived about 1:07 pm and the very young girl behind the register was not very nice to me, but she was VERY kind to the lady and her teenage daughter that went before me!! I am NOT one to play the race card, but then after I got my food, I went to get my drink at the fountain and she had just got herself a drink also. She put a lid on her cup and I was waiting for her to finish so I could get a lid. She had grabbed the last lid, said sorry, then walked away! I was shocked! The sandwich I got was a limited time chicken sandwich and it had hardly anything in it at all! For the cost of Panera food, their meals should definitely be bigger! This has never happened before!! It was pathetic! The guy handing out the food was also not very kind. Poor service all over the place! To top it off, I had to sit close to a huge table of teenage girls who were so loud! Just a very bad experience!

The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and You Pick Two combo are definite favorites.

I somehow ordered the wrong salad on the app, not just the wrong salad but the salad I had mocked because it was so not what I liked! The team member noticed the look on my face when I picked it up and asked what was wrong. I told her I had messed up and she made me the correct salad, free of charge, even though it was totally my fault. 🥹

Was excited to see Panera now has croissant breakfast sandwiches, but when I opened the wrapper, I was surprised to see how small it was. It was good, but I ate it in 3 1/2 bites. Absolutely the smallest breakfast sandwich I ever had. Y’all need to serve some bigger sandwiches than this if you want to compete with other local breakfast spots.

I bought my mom a BLT today and boy you should be embarrassed. There was no bacon no seasoning just a gob of mayo w tomato It was just the most disgusting sandwich I've ever ordered.Panera bread has really gone down hill.we will never order there again.You really should just shut it down and call it a day.
