Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered over the phone and had gotten a couple of pizzas. They were actually super good. I got everything i had ordered and they boys at the counter were very nice. Thank you guys!

Dear manager please tell your employees to stop smoking weed during business hours. They smoke weed outside near back door. Your employees smoke Marijuana and drive around like that. If I notice that again I will take further actions.

They delivered boxes covered in oil. Get it together over there. You’re disappointing. Not meeting expectation. Do better.

Wonderful pizza and fast service, however my friend and I watched as a pizza fell out of the oven into what looked like oil and a worker walked RIGHT PAST IT and did nothing about it. The lady upfront was lovely and amazing at taking our orders, and even though she was swamped with people walking in, she maintained a calm, kind composure.

It's was busy on Friday night. One hour wait for carrot even when I did online order for pickup. It's been a while since I had this brand. So much dough. Taste good but thick crust.

This is my favorite location. Food is always good and ready quickly

Ordered through app and one I did it gave me a time of 1 1/2 hours from order time for delivery. So, I called and switched it to pick up. I arrive and wait for a while and then the guys says, “oh, we ran out of gluten free crust.” So an hour after I order they now tell me no gluten free so I have no way to get my wife something she can eat.

So then the guy, an hour after order, says it will only be another 5 minutes. I ask, “5 minutes; are you sure?” “Yes.”

15 minutes later I got my pizza and he says, oh, do you want me to remove the gluten free pizza? Uh, yea, probably should do that.

The kindness is consistent anytime I visit with whoever is working the shift at the time ☺️

after a year,, i decided to give them a chance again. what a huge mistake. it took them one hour to deliver the worlds most DISGUSTING , raw, nasty pizza in history. I said no olives, i got double olives. GROSS. Don't waste your money on papa john's. Better ingredients? yeah in my butt there's better ingredients than your restaurant. They just dont give 2 fks.

A HALLOWEEN NIGHTMARE.

On all Hallows Eve the corporate planners of Papa John’s Gilbert came up with a dubious plan of pure evil!

Their plan was founded on a jack-o’-lantern pizza which would lure in the town folk from far and wide. They would set the stage for a most gruesome affair. With tickets upon tickets upon tickets mounting while Vaughn and Dustin could barely see the end. The monster was lurking.

Burdened with the wrath of guests galore, gazing at them with freakish fright.

Some of the “smart ones”decided to order ahead but hopes and dreams were dashed when Dustin explained that that was an amateur move. This did not help but combined 200 orders into one que. While knowing this could cause a nightmarish scenario as in years past, Papa just chuckled and refilled the register….

Tickets mounted high and long and the fright in the air began to grow! Halloween became the nightmare of kitchens across the world. Papa John’s employees running for their lives, customers hurling dangerous looks, and deep despair at every return.

A kind gentleman who tried to save the day suggested as the printer kept clicking to maybe stop taking orders… but no that’s where the evil begins.

Dustin stood strong in the face of evil, but the monster had let loose and his razor sharp claws will not allow the restaurant or guests to survive.

As guests complained and the shriek of horror filled the lobby there was again a suggestion of shutting off the on demand ordering. But NO!

With a sinister laugh, corporate papa continue in this dangerous path of of-ordering as the team could not make that decision for fear of their futures. And just like that, it all came crashed down. Even orders placed at 10:30am where destroyed with the stoke of a key. The hopes of pumpkin-shaped pizza were gone.

The monster was real, and his plan was clear.

In 20 minutes, I saw 17 customers walk out with in fear annd defeat. They had lost the battle.

I wish I could say this gruesome tale had a happy ending, but it doesn’t.. A baby crying, mother who was in the lobby for 2.5 hours left a shell of her former self. All guests, trapped and in house of horror without Halloween food.

It was a tale like non other but if guy was want a free haunted house experience… go to Papas next Halloween, and be ready for fright night.

We order from this local maybe 3 or 4 times a year. No issues ordering with the app. The food is fine, order is ready to go and the order is what we ordered. I see a lot of bad reviews at this location but we’ve had no issues.
