Papa Johns Pizza

This Papa Johns location is always understaffed. Management prefers to keep labor low rather than staffing appropriately . I truly believe this is why my order is always wrong.

Never had any issues with this papa johns, i love everything ive gotten!!!! Peace and love :]

Very disappointed with the food here, the boneless wings were nothing like the picture or description online, and even though I ordered through the Papa John’s website, the order was delivered by door dash and barely warm when it arrived. (cheese on the pizza was solid and not melty)

Start with the good: staff is always nice no complaints there.

The bad: papa johns has gone wayyyy down hill. Awful food. There is a reason they are going around putting deals on peoples doors for deals. The only reason I tried it again is because of those deals. I wouldnt pay $5 for this pizza. God awful.

I ordered over the phone and had gotten a couple of pizzas. They were actually super good. I got everything i had ordered and they boys at the counter were very nice. Thank you guys!

Dear manager please tell your employees to stop smoking weed during business hours. They smoke weed outside near back door. Your employees smoke Marijuana and drive around like that. If I notice that again I will take further actions.

Wonderful pizza and fast service, however my friend and I watched as a pizza fell out of the oven into what looked like oil and a worker walked RIGHT PAST IT and did nothing about it. The lady upfront was lovely and amazing at taking our orders, and even though she was swamped with people walking in, she maintained a calm, kind composure.

It's was busy on Friday night. One hour wait for carrot even when I did online order for pickup. It's been a while since I had this brand. So much dough. Taste good but thick crust.

This is my favorite location. Food is always good and ready quickly

Ordered through app and one I did it gave me a time of 1 1/2 hours from order time for delivery. So, I called and switched it to pick up. I arrive and wait for a while and then the guys says, “oh, we ran out of gluten free crust.” So an hour after I order they now tell me no gluten free so I have no way to get my wife something she can eat.

So then the guy, an hour after order, says it will only be another 5 minutes. I ask, “5 minutes; are you sure?” “Yes.”

15 minutes later I got my pizza and he says, oh, do you want me to remove the gluten free pizza? Uh, yea, probably should do that.
