Order is always wrong and sloppily made. Went there 2x the 2nd time was the final straw. Pretty sure our pizza had been sitting there for a few hours. Even the garlic sauce had cooled.

Ordered pizza for delivery from here and got the nastiest, coldest, and worst pizza of my life. Also...they left out the garlic sauce that I ordered. No point in calling and complaining because they obviously don't care. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I see there's 2 stars. Wonder why. Answer the phone or otherwise unplug it. When you require people to call in order to cancel, pick up your phone. Exactly why you sent out food that was never paid for. I know, because I turned away the driver when he got here. Answer your phone.

So I received the rudest call from a manager ever. Because they got my order incorrect I placed a call letting them know I had an order placed but instead of roma tomatoes there was green peppers. Still though what if someone could be allergic to a certain food product and you just stay silent on the other line and have the nerve to tell me "Ok" and stay silent for another 2 mins.. Then she proceeded with "We could either replace the order for you, store credit, or refund which takes 3-4 days" So I said refund is fine to which it got silent again and I asked did you want to know my name so you can track which one you are refunding to? She was like "I was getting to that give me one sec" Well excuse me ma'am bruh I can't stay in suspense with your nonesense over there. I can't with peopleI don't know but I guess letting them know of the wrong input in an order and ask what the other options were quite too much for them. That I was given the rudest customer service. So I could probably die if I was allergic to green peppers and they don't give a crap. I just took them out but was really looking forward to the tomatoes. I mean.. if it was on a pizza those extra toppings not free. Still paying for what you want right?Just know they don't care for their jobs just the paycheck given to them

Did delivery no one showed up. Called the store no answer. Had to drive to the store to get the pizza absolutely terrible experience. Got the pizza almost 1 hr late. Look at the photo the store had the phone off the hook so those calling in got no help.

Terrible experience ordered food for delivery, no delivery after 35 minutes. Had to drive to the store to pick up the pizza that was waiting there for almost 1 hr. Talk about laziness. I tried to call the store all they did was put me hold for 30 minutes. Look at the photo they had the phone off the hook so they can't help anyone calling in.

I'm still pissed off about what happened today. I ordered online for 545 pick up. Get there at 535, store was in total chaos, and have to wait in line 10 min only to be told my order was never started because they got 'busy'. I'm confused what the point of order ahead is if you're just going to push my order to the bottom of the list. The girl up front said it was still on the 'bake line'. I have no idea what that means but apparently that means it hasn't even been made yet so I asked how long it would be and she told me 'a while'. A while!? What does that even mean?! 5 min? 30 min? An hour? Longer!? Don't tell people 'a while'. So you want me to stand in the store for an unknown amount of time waiting for food I order almost 2 hours ago? Funny. I started getting loud because I was already fed up with the lame excuses for my food being late and she had to go speak to her manager about it and they ended up putting my food through quicker. I waited in that store a total of 45 min for garbage. Wings were trash. Completely soggy and felt under cooked. Pizza was decent but crust was burnt underneath. I WONT be back.

If I could give no stars that would fit here perfectly. I have ordered here 4 times and every time they get the order wrong, which is weird because i use the app to order and the sticker on the box they print out is what I ordered. Then i ask for the manager "Ashley", when i call her out on all the messed up orders she tells me then don't order here anymore
