What a nice little spot!! The worker was a kind young man- I did not get his name but he was working 12/14/25 evening shift. He let us taste the flavours that we asked for and had a great attitude.

Myself and three others were waiting for more than ten minutes at this place. It's 9pm Wednesday and they close at 11. We rang the service bell numerous times. We looked in the restroom, empty. Opened the employee door to let them know there were multiple customers waiting. No one was inside. The shop was empty. Very odd and definately not professional or safe for your establishment.

We decided to visit this gelato shop based on the good reviews and because I’m Italian and always hopeful to find authentic gelato. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, it took at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The person working in the kitchen had earplugs in and didn’t notice customers had entered. The floor was dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and an A-frame sign—which should’ve been outside—was blocking the walkway inside.
We asked if certain gelato flavors were gluten-free, and the staff member didn’t know. I tried the pistachio gelato, but it lacked any real pistachio flavor. On a positive note, some of the other gelato flavors we tried were good.
This review is intended as constructive feedback for the owner. With more attention to cleanliness, customer service, and staff training, this shop has potential to offer a much better experience.
