We decided to visit this gelato shop based on the good reviews and because I’m Italian and always hopeful to find authentic gelato. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, it took at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The person working in the kitchen had earplugs in and didn’t notice customers had entered. The floor was dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and an A-frame sign—which should’ve been outside—was blocking the walkway inside.
We asked if certain gelato flavors were gluten-free, and the staff member didn’t know. I tried the pistachio gelato, but it lacked any real pistachio flavor. On a positive note, some of the other gelato flavors we tried were good.
This review is intended as constructive feedback for the owner. With more attention to cleanliness, customer service, and staff training, this shop has potential to offer a much better experience.

We love coming to Pazzo Gelato. There is always an amazing selection of gelato flavors that never disappoint! The servers are really friendly and provide samples and suggestions. The atmosphere is family friendly with board games and indoor and outdoor seating options. It’s also a great date night activity. We’ll be back!

We treated just about every flavor and they were all super yummy. We went with Nutella Chip, Coconut Chip, Brown Butter Sugar, and Mango. Delicious and well-priced.

Honestly, it was a waste of money. $7 for a small and the flavors aren't flavorful. The Gelato wasn't creamy like it should be, it was very icey texture and nearly half melted once scooped. I wouldn't go back.

I ordered 50 individual gelatos from PAZZO Gelato AZ as a birthday gift for my husband’s 50th—and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the team made everything so easy and enjoyable. Scott and Dulce were incredible to work with—kind, professional, and genuinely excited about helping me make the celebration special.
