We decided to visit this gelato shop based on the good reviews and because I’m Italian and always hopeful to find authentic gelato. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

When we arrived, it took at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The person working in the kitchen had earplugs in and didn’t notice customers had entered. The floor was dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and an A-frame sign—which should’ve...

We love coming to Pazzo Gelato. There is always an amazing selection of gelato flavors that never disappoint! The servers are really friendly and provide samples and suggestions. The atmosphere is family friendly with board games and indoor and outdoor seating options. It’s also a great date night activity. We’ll be back!
