The pizza was still gooey even after it was remade. The wings are soggy, the quality is not there like at other Peter piper locations. There is also a weird taste to the pizza, it wasn’t the uncooked dough. Even if you have to drive a bit further go to a different location. There’s a reason this was is practically empty on a Saturday afternoon/evening.

Very bad service all kids working in back eating, having head phones in and standing around! I ordered a small cheese pizza that took almost 1 hour when they never mentioned the wait time, I spoke to April she was very rude and didn't know how to even handle the situation, amazing they have people like her running the place!

I waited almost an entire month before giving this review in hopes that I would hear back after emailing their feedback email & even reaching out via their Instagram page. I never got an email but their Instagram team replied & I was told it my concerns would be escalated to the appropriate team & I would hear back. Well a month later I still haven't received any apology or email response. Horrible business practices. We've been loyal customers ordering weekly, but the previous times the service and pizza quality has consistently gone down. Our final straw was when my family and I dined in a month ago for our son's birthday and our pan pizzas were RAW and gooey in the middle and tasted like chemicals. The other pizzas were extremely thin and had very little sauce. The customer service here at the front counter is horrible too, multiple times my wife has gone in to pick up our order and she had to stand at the counter for over 10 minutes as workers walked passed or stared before someone coming to help her. When they finally do, there's no "Hello" or "How can I help you?" Overall, our family is super disappointed, especially after not even getting any kind of apology for this. We've even consistently brought them a lot of business with our family, friends, birthday parties, and coworkers. I'll no longer be recommending this location and we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific experience. My five year old cried on the way home that her birthday was ruined and she never wanted to go back there again. Issues with another guest not watching her children and confronting our party when we asked them to play somewhere else, after one of the children knocked my toddler to the ground. I paid for a party reservation only to have another guest children running circles around our table and the mother coming and screaming at us for asking her children to stop. Then proceeded to complain to the manager who told us we we in the wrong and to speak to the front about the issue who were watching the entire time. We left early and did not stay for our entire paid reservation. Do not recommend this place for birthday parties

The cashier was very nice and helpful. By herself handling all the walk-ins as others were the host for bday parties. There is a staff lady, who puts the orders out, she is always unpleasant and unfriendly.

I recently just went and it’s extremely hot in there. My poor Timmy was needing lots of water after the games don’t work. The pizzas very delicious. Can’t wait for them to open another one near my house.

I absolutely love Peter Piper Pizza. However, this particular location is consistently terrible at making pizza with quality standards. There is always almost no sauce and the pizza I get is always dry. This is the nearest location for me but I’m going to a different location moving forward.

Had a birthday her for my 4 year old today. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience and we probably won’t be returning. The air conditioning was not working and many games were unplayable. Extremely understaffed and the location was unavailable to accommodate so many parties that they had going on at the time of our event.

I would have gave 5 stars because everything was great except it was so hot and humid inside. We took my grandkids to play in a cool place but it wasn't so cool. Food, service and everything was great. Oooh BUT the bathrooms need to be looked at every hour maybe.
