The girl working at the play place wasn't very kind. My son is 3 and autistic and I explained that to her(he was trying to climb up the slide), and that I'd just have to keep redirecting him. He still of course kept trying a few times, and she told us to leave in a really rude way. I wasn't able to go inside to redirect him(it's right by the door, but I understand policy.) So of course he wasn't listening to me talking since I couldn't physically do anything. I understand why she told us to leave, but she should have been kinder about it instead of being rude. Definitely not a place for children with special needs.

Terrible experience pre-placed an order for it to be ready at noon for my lunch break. I get there had to wait 10 minutes inside and they still haven’t even put it in the oven. I no longer got to have lunch.

Peter Piper Pizza this was disappointing enough to say something about when usually I only try to leave positivity. The cashier was incredibly rude and seemed completely miserable to be there. Not a single employee smiled or even tried to create a welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the “playground” area—which is really nothing special—costs $15 per child, which is outrageous for what you get. Overall, it was a horrible experience and definitely not worth the time or money.

This place is a great spot to hang out. If you have young kids, I would highly recommend visiting this place. The food and games are a little bit pricey, but loads of fun. If you play the games, I would recommend buying a arcade card with a certain amount of time on it rather than a arcade card with a certain amount of points on it. Other than the price and the time to wait to get you pizza on busy days, this place is great!!

We recently had our kids birthday party. We had a group of 20 adults and 8 kids. I’ve never been asked for my ID so many times to buy beer!! I was trying to get some beer for the adults at the party since I was hosting the party. I was told I needed multiple IDs to buy a pitcher and there was a cut off limit after 3 pitchers for the whole party. I tried to explain to the employee and manager That’s less than a beer per person since a pitcher has about 4 beers and we had the reservations for 3 hours. Employees and manager were rude and saying “we can’t have drunk people at Peter piper”. Worst customer service ever.

Terrible experience at Peter Piper Pizza. We spent $85 and were extremely disappointed. The wings were a joke six of the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen, barely a bite each, and they charged around $16 for them. On top of that, the food was cold when it arrived. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very unprofessional establishment. They are always delayed with orders and while all the workers in the back are working hard through the rush, one girl is just there on her phone in the managers office doing jack shit. Get all your works working so you’re not backed up on orders. That’s unprofessional that you have over 100+ people in your building because that’s what YOU booked but yet your giving the customers attitude when you can’t catch up on orders because there’s people like that who go to work but won’t even do their damn job .
Samantha was the absolute worst employee! She has the worst attitude. Rolling her eyes at customers, avoided helping us out. Just all around RUDIMENTARY

Waited 50 minutes for 1 cheese pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were very good. Pizza, ok. Gone are the days of just bringing your kids for a fun couple of hours. $150 for food and play cards for 3 kids! Not worth it, unless you're having a birthday party package. Which is probably cheaper.
