I went to get my order and a male waiter made fun of me and acted racist. He acted as if he was working hard and was calling customers to him. This is a disgrace, no one should ever go there to eat, he is a truly disgusting waiter.

I've ordered Pho from here many times. Every time I do, I get some weird flushing of the skin, tingling of the arms and legs, heart palpitations, and pain in my chest and upper stomach. I had called in the past to ask if they use MSG in their Pho broth, the man on the line said no they don't. I stopped ordering from here for many months and started going to a different place down the road (where I got no weird reactions from the pho). Decided to try Pho Lotus again mostly because of the convenience of it's location, ...but this time the broth tasted even saltier than other times and all of the symptoms I experienced in the past were much much worse. A good reminder that MSG is garbage and that if a restaurant says they aren't using it when they actually are, its a red flag. 🚩 I can't think of any other ingredient that would cause these reactions. And what's the point in lying to your customers about an ingredient in your food when it can cause such serious reactions? I nearly went to the ER with these chest pains.

Ordered the chicken Pho and egg rolls. They were absolutely the best I’ve had in Chandler, Gilbert,and Phoenix and that’s saying a lot as I eat pho at least once a week. Don’t sleep on this place!

Took no responsibility and Refused to refund or make the food without paying again. Google says that only the business owner change the website. Either they have poor cybersecurity, or they are involved in a scam.
Either way, better to get you food elsewhere.
