Awful customer service. I canceled the order before completing it. It was going to be our first time trying their pizza, but we are not going back. We asked for a half and half of two pizzas that were both $18, same sauce. They wanted to charge us $24 for it. It doesn't make any sense. They said it was because of the extra toppings. Really? What extra toppings? They had me and another lady waiting at a counter for a long time before somebody showed up at a different counter and took someone else's order that had arrived after us. We are not the kind of people who approach others with the intent of finding trouble everywhere, but this was too much.

Went to Girls Night Out and watch What Men Want!!!! Amazing nite, our Hostess not sure if thats the Title... But Laura was amazing!!! Made us feel welcomed, special she made everything go down simple got us to our seats . We were alittle late and other attendee was extremely late and she still accommodated for her... Drinks were good, food was ok but we didn't care .. we had an amazing nite and much needed for us working women! Thank you Laura amd please put me down for next event..

We had our son's 6th Birthday Party here the Friday before last... I can't say enough good things about Laura and the staff here... Especially Julia, Miranda, & Ralph. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our party had a fantastic time. I will be using them for events to come, and I'm sure my guests will as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It was THE best party we've had, or been to, ever!

Pretty disappointed with how you guys approached the "outside food" situation at my table. My 12 year old is extremely allergic to most foods. I brought in 4 allergy friendly cupcakes. I spent well over $100 in food from fat-cats and bowling. The gentleman who chose to let me know was very unhelpful and did not have any sympathy for a family who struggles to even feel safe going anywhere where food is served. To be insensitive especially when it's her 12th birthday is a bit ridiculous. Especially with the increase and rise in children's allergies, you guys need to stop looking at the all mighty dollar and make exceptions for children like her. Won't be returning. As someone who leads a team, I would hope the manger sees this and tries to make things right for the next mom with her allergy sensitive child.

Excellent place to enjoy with the family. The place has everything from movie theaters, bowling alley, indoor golf course, food/drinks and a varied arcade-games. Staff is very friendly and customer service goes above and beyond.

Pull out those wallets because this place is PRICEY. This is basically a dave and busters for kids... lots of flashing arcade style games, skee ball, bowling and movie theatre. The games cost anywhere from 75 cents each to $2 so you can rack up some debt quick. The bowling alley lanes can be rented out for parties so make sure you call ahead and check to see if there are lanes available if you want to bowl. We have been disappointed more than once. There is a snack bar/restaurant and they offer pizza, nachos, burgers, popcorn, etc. the food is ok, better than I expected, but again, get ready to pay a pretty penny. Overall a clean facility and if you are fortunate to be able to go during the week when other kids are at school it's a great place to bring the kiddos for an afternoon of fun.

Love this place! Love the seats they recline, great for kids and families! You can order food and they bring it to you. They have bowling, games, and more.
Love watching movies here. The reclining seats have me spoiled as well as being able to make a reservation for your seat.

Don't come here if you want to bowl semi-competitively or competitively. I am used to bowling on properly oiled and maintained lanes and as soon as I started bowling here tonight I could tell something was wrong. I bowled 3/4 of a game and nearly every ball was hooking gutter. I went to the front desk to ask about the oil on the lane and he said that they get complaints a lot from competitive bowlers. What they do is they only oil 35 feet instead of standard 45 feet and they use maintenance oil instead of the standard synthetic bowling lane oil. I asked why and he said that this place is catering to 'casual' bowlers so they don't oil the lanes which makes it easier for the standard player. He also told me that he himself doesn't bowl here and when he is forced to he has to drastically modify his throw and motion to the point that he is sore by the end of the evening. This place is fine for causal bowlers, but if you are looking to hit your standard handicap you should go elsewhere.

This is a review only for the movie theater and movie food. We bought our tickets online so we could avoid the lines. We were running late so we went to find our seats. Amazing power reclining chairs! We had time to grab some popcorn, but wish someone would have explained the pizza deal of ordering and they bring it into the theater. We enjoyed our movie and it was a really comfortable way to relax and enjoy a flick. I could have fallen asleep.

Video games too! F:ood is pretty tasty! Pizza is on par with any U:sual pizza place, along with the whole menu. N:ever been disappointed with anything here! W:e usually see movies here as a family and I:t is a great time! Tickets are fair priced and T:heaters are always pretty clean, showing H:ow hard the staff work! M:any more things are available to do here! O:nly going for movies, you miss out on V:ictories on the bowling lanes! I:n addition, there are things for E:veryone, even a respectable S:elelection of video games too! A:lways a favorite place to go, N:ever had any problems D:riving and parking with a huge lot.
