Took forever to give me my food even when i ordered ahead also forgot to give me half my order so when i got home all i had was the wings no fries, biscuits, or tenders.

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Went to window in case something wasn't working. They said my truck did not set off the sensor and I had to drive around and wait in line to place my order. Asked if I could place order at window, go around and pick up, was told no.

We stopped late last night on our way home. My fish sandwich was unedible and the fries were close! Think of deep frying it, letting it sit 3 hours, then put it in the microwave 3 minutes too long. My teeth could hardly penetrate the fish. It was so bad, I tricked my husband into taking a bite and he was grossed out. The fries seemed old and mixed with a few freshly cooked ones. This isn't our first bad experience either. If you are going to take the public money, at least give them edible food!

First and last time here. Wanted a fish sandwich, looked up on internet... next I'll try BK! Cashier couldn't understand me, i only wanted lettuce and pickles. Found out they don't offer lettuce!! I did want pickles, didn't get those. $10, really!!

Horrible service took forever to give me my food than there soda machine didn't work they forgot my drink didn't have any utensils had to ask them about it and ask for napkins the restaurant looked so dirty it was GROSS than u have this older lady that had missing teeth come in and she's blowing smoke out her mouth in the restaurant like she was smoking and blew a lot in the restaurant the girl with the long black hair that I'm sure she's the manager saw her and didn't say nothing to her about it and was acting like it was okay horrible service why do u have ppl work here that is smoking inside this is so bad I give it a 1 star also that lady worked there that was doing that

GREAT customer service they had me with my jaw dropped cuz of how good they were to me.!! Absolutely loved the manager she was so funny and very helpful.
Place was filthy. There was lemonade all over the floor in front of the counter. My shoes stuck like crazy. I asked if I could get just plain chicken wings nothing on it just plain I ordered a 12-piece. The girl behind the counter I said yes but then I noticed that she was taking the chicken wings that I asked for out of the same pile that I had ordered for my husband which was spicy. When she turned around I asked her how come my wings came out of the same batch as his. I repeated I just want to plain wings. She then told me oh we can't do that so I said okay give me the garlic Parmesan sauce and the barbecue sauce. I get home take a bite out of my garlic parmesan wings and my mouth was on fire. I could not eat them. I don't understand why I couldn't get plain wings. Never again will I get wings from them. Wing Stop only. ?

Popeyes has the best Spicy Chicken and Red Beans and rice I have ever had. Depending on the location though, you can have a bad experience. The biggest problem you can find among the different restaurants is that they leave the chicken on the warmer to long. Your best bet is to order a small chicken strip and if it is juicy cooked and delicious then get the family size. If it is like someone is making chicken jerky you should find somewhere else to eat. This store however is exceptional.
